takes the mantle of warchief with no one to oppose him.Except for Saurfang, Drek'thar, Vol'jin, and all the other leaders. They wouldn't just 'let' him take up the mantle.
The mantle of warchief is orcish, despite what anyone else thinks of it, so that rules out vol'jin, whos already the leader of his own faction. Drek'thar is far away in alterac, and also a little to old to fight Garrosh, and Saurfang, not yet known but maybe he's greaving his son in nagrand as he promised he would.
None of these characters have yet to make an appearance.
Then stop trying to change there minds, wait for official release from Blizzard, and rub it in everyone's faces. Till that point, enough already; you have your view, we have ours, get over it already.
Sorry Adams but, no. People keep telling there views on these threads, and i'm doing the same thing.

So how long does Orcish grieving take? Saurfang would have plenty of time to return and take up the mantle. Besides, why does age matter for a Warchief? The Warchief doesn't necessarily fight on the front lines. And if they do, well, Drek'thar is still one of the most powerful shamans alive.

I never said they would take it up, but the way your talking, it sounds like anyone could murder a Warchief in secret and take it over, no objections at all from the actual loyal commanders and the rest. Can't have it both way Tauren; either Garrosh was given the title or there was a mini-civil war in Orgrimmar that we missed as Garrosh took the mantle, with whatever searches for Thrall apparently failing... and failing hard.
Then stop trying to change there minds, wait for official release from Blizzard, and rub it in everyone's faces. Till that point, enough already; you have your view, we have ours, get over it already.

Right, except according to you, your views are better then ours and we're all idiots for even suggesting that Garrosh is going to change and possibly be better, because that goes against your view of the world.

You have an objective opinion to anything I say to the contrary, so its fair to see anything I say it put down as wrong by you too.
The fact remains and its pretty god dam evident, Garrosh arranges Thrall to be captured, then claims himself as leader of the horde, convincing everyone that Thrall gave him the mantle well he was 'away'.

And I really have no choice, otherwise your fine with bad mouthing everyone and everything you disagree with.

I think you are reading too much from the little footnote in WoR. The rest is lore taken from quests, but that little thing in the parenthesis comes purely from the interpretation of the author of the post. I don't dismiss it as impossible, but it's still unlikely in my eyes.

I'd love to see Argent discussing lore.
Let's take it to Lore & RP, shall we?

Sorry Argent, but as it seems ppl would sooner pass off half of it as made up and the other half as what they believe to be true, this then has less to do with whats really happening and more about personal opinion.

We know half (even less) the facts of what is happening with the Horde in Cataclysm. Obviously this kind of thread will be filled with speculation and personal opinions.

You were so quick to jump at the evidence of Magni turning to stone and the 3 councils leading ironforge, but still want to pass of anyting I talk of it as speculative.
