As you can see by the responses, most of the responders barely seem to care about his plight, and there is absolutely nothing that anyone here can do about it anyway.
Actually, Malgayne started looking into this. I'm hoping it helps, because I've done about all I can do at this point without threatening legal action.

Your story seems truthful. I have never been suspended nor banned, but I do sympathize your plight. Most posters in this thread come off as Blizzard fanboys who don't care about other people since they, don't share a common issue. I personally think that they are, indeed, discriminating based on region because most gold farmers, gold bots, gold sellers and buyers are from eastern Asia. It is very half-assed to suspend your account just because you're from Asia and have lots of money. It appears to me that they did not check further into the issue, and just like to dust off their ban-hammer. Good luck to you.

Wowhead is not an official Blizzard website, and Blizz employee's don't come here.
Not true, I wish I could remember where it was to link it, but a green poster on WoWhead mentioned that Blizzard does look at fan sites.
EDIT: Also, I want to add that this isn't right, if you aren't doing anything against ToS you should not have to deal with this. Like others said, make calls, demand to speak to higher-ups. Get this problem taken care of.

I'm in the queue! Supposedly 13 minutes until I get to talk to someone. But holy crap does their music ever suck. Fingers crossed that this accomplishes something.
EDIT: Their music box just exploded in my ear. The music stopped, then static, then roaring. WTF?

If this was a mix up on blizzards part i will make a public apology to you. (your suspensions not getting into the queue as that is a miracle in itself)

I'd really like to see how Blizzard resolve this, so please keep us updated.
Ditto.

I TALKED TO SOMEONE! The queue time they quoted me was accurate within 5 minutes. Now I'm on hold again. He's reviewing account activity or something to that effect.
EDIT: Looking at my previous reply, I guess it's closer to accurate within 10 minutes. I think I'm just happy to have spoken to someone who didn't copy and paste a reply to me.

OMG I can't believe no one has done this yet...
1. Ok, so you transferred some gold to you main toon... if your main toon is not on the account, in the same realm and in the same faction and/or the gold was not sent via in-game mail, then Blizzard can only assume you have broken these rules:
Terms of Use
Section 9.B
(viii) Communicate directly with players who are playing characters aligned with the opposite faction
(e.g. Horde communicating with Alliance or vice versa);...
Terms of Use
Section 11
Ownership/Selling of the Account or Virtual Items.
Blizzard does not recognize the transfer of WoW Accounts or Blizzard Accounts (each an "Account"). You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. Blizzard owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in the Game. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including without limitation the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with the Account or stored on the Service. Blizzard does not recognize any purported transfers of virtual property executed outside of the Game, or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything that appears or originates in the Game. Accordingly, you may not sell in-game items or currency for "real" money, or exchange those items or currency for value outside of the Game.
2. Or if it is pertaining to your country of residence, could the problem be due to a breach in this clause?:
End User Licence Agreement
Section 8.
Export Controls.
The Game may not be re-exported, downloaded or otherwise exported into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods, or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Denial Orders. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

My main was on the same account and the same faction, so that's not the issue. Also, it's not illegal for the US to export to Taiwan. That only applies to countries that have a trade embargo (like Cuba).
Anyway, the guy on the line said that my account was now in the process of getting a permanent solution. Since this doesn't happen very often, they apparently don't have any clearly defined procedure. As he explained it, it has to go to different levels of employees, and each level will review my account to make sure that there's no problem with this permanent solution, and pass their recommendations on to the next set of people. He also said I could email him and check if it was done yet (the recommendation being once a week on Wednesday) and that if my account did get suspended in the meantime, I could email him to get it resolved faster.
That sounds like a huge pain, but perhaps I won't have to worry about this anymore in the very near future.

That covers in-game chat. Using two accounts, whether they are both yours or not to transfer goods via the Neutral AH is a legit transfer.

He says he's from Taiwan. The US has friendly relations to Taiwan.

May you die the death of a thousand gnomes eating your testicles if you're really a gold seller who's trying to be slick.
Mind if I use that as my sig?

I haven't gotten suspended for the last GDKP run, so I think so. I haven't heard back from the customer service rep who asked me to email him, but then again, with this whole RealID crap storm I'm going to go out on a limb and say he's up to his eyebrows in complaints, like every other Blizzard employee who accepts email from customers.
