For trash don't use taunt unless a dps is pulling off of you, it creates no threat whatsoever if the target is already attacking you.
For bosses, mocking blow rarely works and conc blow no longer is worth it in your threat rotation.
Priorities: Shockwave>revenge>Shield Slam>refresh less then 10 sec debuffs*>devastate
*demo shout, thunderclap, sunder armor. Thunderclap does not provide as much threat as a dev single target. Multi target boss tanking of course this changes.
Imo your oh shi- button should be last stand and enraged regen and trinkets. Shield wall is over kill and is better used at a different time, as most bosses have a high damage output time.
For your build I recommend switching out sunder armor glyph with shield wall so your shield wall cd becomes 2min. Sunder Armor isn't that great of a glyph

Your build is fine, but swap Glyph of Sunder for Shockwave. Or if you really need it Shield Wall.
Glyph of Shockwave is terrible. It reduces the cooldown of shockwave by 3 seconds. You know the number of times I have thought "Man, I wish Shockwave was off cooldown right now." Zero. Keep in mind that if you do NOT use shockwave in that 3 second window (i.e. when it immediately comes off cooldown) then the glyph is doing nothing for you. Shockwave is not (well, should not) be in a single target threat rotation, as it only does Damage as threat (no modifiers) and all of your other abilities should be doing more threat. It's useful in AoE packs, but consider that an individual pull would need to take a full 2 minutes before you get an "extra" shockwave out of the glyph, assuming you use your shockwave immediately off CD.
In heroics it's pointless. One of several things will happen:
Trash Pack takes less than 17 seconds = Shockwave comes off cooldown between pulls.
Trash Pack takes between 17 and 20 seconds = You get to use Shockwave a second time, likely killing off the remainder of your the pack, but hosing yourself because it's now on CD for the next pack you are running toward.
Trash Pack takes between 20 and 25 seconds = Same as above, except you have the opportunity to hose yourself with your non-glyphed Shockwave.
Trash Pack takes around 30 seconds = Whether glyphed or unglyphed you can use shockwave twice in the pull and likely have it off cooldown by the time you get to the next pack.
Glyph of Shockwave is terrible. It's a PvP glyph, if even that.

glpyh of shield wall is not a pvp glyph as it reduces the cd to 3min I believe, which is still long as hell for arena. A "ok" team would not make you blow shield wall and then sit around for 3min. If they can get you to pop shield wall they will kill you the next time stuff comes off of DR.
Shockwave is in the single target threat rotation with #1 on priority. However no self respecting warrior would take it over glyph of shield wall, taunt, dev and even blocking as 3 seconds off of 20 secs is not good at all. If it was 10 secs I would take it but it's not so....

For some reason, Shockwave does the most threat from all abilities for me. No joking. Except Shield Slam with Shield Block up. I was amazed to find out from a spreadsheet. But then I just went and test it the hard way. Couldn't tell 100%, but it seemed so. Not that I say go and glyph it. Personal preference.
So isnt shield wall glyph and imp disciplines talent. Pure pvp usage.
Yea, sure. Oke. You don't glyph it and talent it. I will, for you know, LK par example.
Anyway. Revenge shouldn't do more threat then Shield Slam, so SS > Revege. Plus SS has increased 15% chance to crit from talents.

Shockwave does not have a threat modifier, so it only does its damage as threat. Looking at my first 6 bosses of Hardmode last week, my Shockwaves were average 5426 with 11908 average crit. My Revenges were 5833 average and 12621 average crit.
Revenge went from a nothing ability to being 1st priority.

Unless your talking about trash your full of crap with your 17k TPS (unless you're count tricks or MD)
Revenge does more threat then SS, however SS then revenge giving a s&b proc will also give you more threat. In the end it doesn't really matter which you do first. Personally I do revenge because it's my highest damage dealer and ever little dps matters.
Shockwave is our highest threat ability I believe so use it whenever you can, save it if adds are coming during the fight though (stunning the beasts in saurfang is pretty fun).
Oh, and bind heroic strike to your mouse or something, clicking it really gimps you on movement fights.

sorry im lazy, I was replying to tatsujin since he's post contained a lot of misinformation.
Re-read it again and:
-Keep the thunderclap debuff up, other then that don't bother using it on boss fights
(unless your tanking the boss and adds)
-Revenge is higher on the priority then shield slam in aoe situations
Also on boss fights sunder armor and demo shout have the highest priority (if they are about to fall off)
