Yeah. Except for bosses ofcourse. If mobs last that long you can apply PS in the second rotation but usually thats not worth it.

Rune tap is a healing cooldown, so I'm guessing your using blood tap instead.
However this macro is still a pretty bad idea. It ends up using blood tap whenever possible but this can A) screw your rotation or B) you won't have it for when you really need it. For instance it's the first pull of a dungeon, your empowered rune weapon ability is still on cooldown from being a total badass the last dungeon and saving the group from a wipe in the last boss. You start with D&D, then use your HB/BT macro, then continue with your rotation. Halfway through the pull more mobs come but all your runes are on cooldown. Without blood tap you have to start playing semi-defensively and try to play catch-up but with it you can pop a quick BB to get them on you till you can use an HB/D&D.
You see what I did there?

I don't macro Blood Tap, I use it on a seperate key so I can use it for what I want. Mostly a emergency Howling Blast. But I also use it alot with Unbreakable Armor when I'm about to die.
UBA is better used way before your about to die. UBA is like 6% physical dmg reduction and a marginal amount of parry. If your waiting to pop this before death, you will either barely reduce/avoid anymore incoming dmg and die, or your healers will top you off, but either way UBA won't be savng you.
But if you pop UBA, say near the start of a large pull or at say 80% health, it will do much better to help eliminate even dropping to a low health levels.
Only, IBF can really be used reactively to low health since it reduces all incoming dmg by a lot. Even VB is better used proactively. This is why being a good DK tank requires good game knowledge as well.

Most of the DK's CD's are short enough, that even if you use it on the trash right before a boss, it will be back up during the boss. If you stagger them right during a boss fight, you can use most of them multiple times in a fight.
UBA is not an "oh know, I am going to die" CD. Its a "I know my fights and I know I am about to enter a period of high PHYSICAL damage only so I pop UBA " CD.
IBF can be used as an "oh know, I am going to die" only because it mitigates a lot of ALL the incoming dmg (ie, physical and magic), but once again, if you know your fights, you can use your CD's proactively right before periods of high dmg, ie, lots of adds, soft enrages, special boss CD's (ie, meteor fists).
As a frost tank, you have no auto low HP CD like Will of the Necrosis in blood, so it is even more important to do everything in your power to prevent going to low HP in the first place.
As a blood tank, since you have Will of the Necrosis, you use IBF, VB, Magic shield and trinkets, to keep you over 35%, so you are not stacking a CD and Will at the same time.
Popping CD's to proactively reduce damage is better than reactively popping CD's as a response to dmg already taken.

Yes, the damage reduction from armor is capped at 75%. Unbuffed, with UBA, I get to 73%, which means with the Black Heart (with is almost constant armor uptime), I easily hit cap in combat with UBA.
Most endgame DK tanks are blood because of Will of the Necrosis, VB>UBA and better self healing and the only times they hit armor cap are with shaman annd priest armor buffs.

That depends. If you HB>PS>Pest for example, you can BT>HB after the cd is up or BT>DnD.
