Did you read his post at all, Brokle? :)
As for your question, there's no unit like "tank1" or whatever. You have to either edit the macro each time or use focus. There's also a mod floating around somewhere that kind of does half of one and half of the other, but I don't have a link at the moment.
Using focus...

/cast Judgment of Wisdom
That's super basic, but that's what I'm using while my Holy Paladin UI is under construction. Pelf's macro above is a bit more polished.
I use the add-on NeedToKnow set up with 4 bars: My focus's BoL buff, my focus's SS buff, my focus's FoL buff, and my Judgements of the Pure buff. As soon as I start random or raid or whatever, I target my tank and type /focus.

Lol, Arkayn, don't let the red squigglies in the edit box in Firefox get you down. It really is Judgements in WoW, despite what the OED might say :).
Also, if you didn't know, you can bind a button to focus in the key bindings. I use backslash since it's impractical for use for most any other purposes.
Adding the
harm,nodead
and the
is pretty crucial so that your focus targeting a friendly will still let you cast the spell on your target. With the simple one you posted, the cast will just be completely blocked.

Btw, unless it got fixed, you cant use @ or any form of targetting setting with Judgement.

As I clicked the title of this thread to come see the new posts I thought about that and realized we're all idiots for forgetting it.
The
right
way to do this, since this probably isn't going to be fixed until Cataclysm if then...
#showtooltip
/target focustarget
/cast Judgement of Light
/targetlasttarget
...thanks for reminding me, Wildhorn. Still my hero.

Ha, I even ticketed the misspelling and got a GM joke out of the deal. Briefly:
An orc is walking up the beach in Stranglethorn Vale when he notices two Tauren apparently pulling a gnome in from the ocean using a rope. A very proud member of the Horde, the orc shoots them a look of disgust and continues walking. One Tauren looks at the other and asks, "What's his problem? Hasn't he ever been fishing for sharks before?"
I know I can use a focus cast key, but I haven't trained myself to use it yet. I figure my macro above works well enough for me because my tank had better be targeting something. If he isn't, oh well. It's just a 15% haste buff that apparently isn't very crucial if my tank isn't targeting something.

True enough. Thanks for the joke :).
