The best advice I can give is for the final look of your armor.
Get the tier10 chest, shoulder, head and legs - and for the hand slot get Gatecrasher Gauntlets.
So if you don't want to repurchase later on, I would advise getting the tier10 chest now.

The tanking 4-piece isn't very good so I wouldn't worry about getting it. The Chest and the Gloves are the two strongest tier pieces, so I would suggest you go for those. You should then use the crafted Armor legs, get the +Hit helm off Deathwhisper, and the shoulders off of Gunship.
So I just looked at your setup. You already have the DW Helm, Tier 10.264 Shoulders, DW Chest, Frost Gloves, and Tier 10.264 Legs (which I hope you got for free from VoA).
Given that you already have all those 264 pieces, are sporting 2 piece bonus, and have the Skeleton Key, Belt, and Cloak; you are nearly done with Frost Emblems. I'd say just hold on to the frost emblems, or use them to get Saronites and get the crafted legs.
Also, you have gems for Hit Rating but are way over the hit cap.

Yeah I need to swap out a few gems after getting the helm off DW over the weekend. Prior I was under it due to the lack of hit on the tier helm.
actually, you shouldn't be gemming for hit regardless of where you are relative to the cap.

Well...I like to actually have my taunts land more then missing on fights like deathwhisper/saurfang.
Solution for that is either have a stack of Taunt glyphs you can swap in for those fights, run a Taunt glyph full time, or on the rare occasion you do miss a taunt you can use Mocking Blow and/or Challenging Shout to hold the boss until your taunt comes off CD and you can taunt it for real (since MB and CS are both just "focus redirects" and don't actually affect your threat value).

you're still under the taunt hit cap even with the hit gems as you're glyphed currently.
taunt is base 17% miss chance
-3% raid buffs = 14%
-8% from glyph = 6%
-1% draenei (since you're alliance) = 5%
spell
hit needed from gear for 100% taunts landing.
since spell hit benefits more from hit rating than melee hit, you only need 4% melee hit to cap your taunts (with the glyph).
right now, you're at 12% spell hit, or 1% under the cap with no glyph, and 7% over the cap with the glyph.
as pointed out above, you have other options if a taunt misses on those fights. if you're doing normal, don't worry about it too much - if you're doing heroic, you must glyph it. i still wouldn't ever gem for it.
