Healing: JoL vs. JoW

Hey all, I'm having a small problem in deciding which judgment I should you while raiding as a Holy Paladin. I know JoL has a chance to heal you, but JoW has a chance to restore mana. I have roughly 30K mana unbuffed, but still lose mana rather quickly while spamming HL. If there are any more experienced players out there that could help me out with my decision, I'd appreciate it. There's probably an obvious answer and explanation out there, so I'm just looking for it.
Thanks!

5% more Healing
OR
5% less mana per cast
Thats the only difference between seals as holy. In your case, if you're having mana probs, go with wisdom, although with all the MP5 & Mana returns, Pallies are usually pretty good with mana.

Should not reply to forums while extremely tired....anyways, thanks Harmacy. He's absolutely right, if you're the only pally always use Light. If there's a ret or prot pally let them use light, it's gauranteed to have a 100% uptime because its part of their threat / dps rotation so its being used every cd and you use wisdom.

If your raiding as a Holy Pally is very odd that you will be the only pally in the group. Most of the time its going to be atleast 2 in a 10m and 3-5 in a 25m. It mostly has to do with the group makeup as to which your going to have to use.
Also sounds like your not useing your cd's right if your having mana problems or u had a tank or two that was not def. softcapped. Remember Divine Plea is a paladins friend doesn't matter which spec.

If you're the only paladin in the raid, then use JoW on farm content, and JoL on progression content. JoW is a raid-wide DPS increase. JoL is a survivability increase.

JoL is pretty overrated in the sense of considering it a "necessary heal". When you think about it, if your raid healers have a decent amount of overheal, your JoL is just stealing their heals. Sure, it's a nice buffer, but I would
much
rather have JoW in the raid, especially if you have classes in your raid that are dependent on it (Hunters especially).
