(( Hell, its about time. ))
While the Scourge had been carrying out the creation of what would be the harbinger of all their dark plans, William and Brekk had been busily informing the Argent Crusade commanders about what they knew of the Scourge's actions. Those commanders were now busily discussing their next course of action, giving the two paladins time to ponder their enemies work and discuss it among the other heroes of the Alliance.
"So... The Scourge ze gathering a liquid substance and taking it into ze necropolis?" draenei priestess Maddison asked. "I do not understand, it’s not like ze undead to be zis subtle."
"Obviously, they are planning something,'" night elf hunter Linmarion Swift-arrow replied. "We must be on our guard, and strike as quickly as we can."
"Aye, thas' what
I
said!" Brekk interjected, downing a gallon of mead and belching. "But tha' commandin' offisars th'nk that it woul' be best ta' wait an' see whot those rotters are up ta! Can ya belive it? Tha Scourge be preparrin' somethin'... somethin'... bad! So whot do we do? We sit here and do nothin'!"
"Easy, Brekk," William said, and then grew silent again.
"Sir Black," Maddison said, "how goes your personal quest? Have you remembered anything else about your past?"
"Bits and pieces," William replied, "but beyond that, nothing. What about you? Have you been able to find that blood elf... friend of yours? Larrence Dawnwhisper, that was his name, right?"
Maddison nodded. "A few glimpses here and zere," the draenei priestess said. "But, beyond zat, nothing."
The four Alliance laughed.
...
Nalor teleported into the first floor of the necropolis and floated to where Kalypso was piloting the necropolis from. As expected, Tyria was standing next to the liched troll.
Ignoring the fleshy elf, Nalor looked at his apprentice. ”
How goes our progression, Kalypso?
"
"We be progressin', masta'," Kalypso replied. "We shoul' be arrivin' at da Argent Stand within da hour."
Nlor looked into the scrying orb, a group of trolls battling against the Scourge was directly below the necropolis. The elven lich robbed his boney hands together. This provided a most excellent opportunity to test his creation.
"
Stop here
."
"Masta'?" Kalypso asked, her blue orbs glowing brighter in question.
"
Before we reach our main goal, I would like to see the full extent of the crystals potential
," Nalor explained. "
That way I will have a better idea of how to use it against our enemies
."
"Jers, masta'," Kalypso said, and began to have Zeramas slow. Nalor turned and began his return to the second level, dark ranger Tyria following behind. The two stepped up onto the enchanted panel and disappeared in a flash of light, reappearing on the second floor.
Nalor continued to float towards the center of the room, Tyria following behind. "
I am dealing with extremely unstable magic
," Nalor said to the fleshy elf. "
I think it would be best if you kept your distance
." Despite the fact that she didn't take kindly to being ordered around by anyone but Lady Windrunner herself, she did so.
Nalor stopped in the middle of the room and focused his magic. As he did so, the arcane energy he channeled swirled around him and he directed it downward, into the very structure of the necropolis. Zeramas acted liked a giant lightening rod, channeling the magic down into the base of the structure. The saronite chains attached to the Scourge structure's exterior then conducted the arcane power into the crystal they were also attached to. As the power entered the mojo-forged crystal it began to glow with an almost unnatural light.
Nalor continued to channel the spell, forcing more and more magic into the crystal. After several seconds, the flame lich closed his hands into fists, and the whole structure shook with a sound that seemed to be a horrific mix of a banshee's wail, a demon's roar, and a madman's laugh.
Outside of Zeramas, the point on the bottom of the crystal had released a thin line of magic light. Once it hit the ground, it became a massive blast of death, washing over the area and destroying everything that could be considered animate - Scourge, troll, and even plant life - but leaving the structures and terrain without a single stone so much as moved.
Nalor grinned. He had felt it, the extinguishing of all live - even the unlife of the Scourge - on the ground below. Admittedly, it had its drawbacks, but it was a far more powerful weapon than he had ever hoped.
Kalypso teleported into the room. "Masta! Joor not goin' ta believe wha ya just deed!'
"
I am already aware of the effects, Kalypso
," Nalor replied. "
Resume our course towards the Argent stand. It is time that we finish this petty rebellion of the living
."
Kalypso nodded and teleported back to the first floor. Tyria, noting that, again, Nalor was exhausted, followed the troll. The departure of the two females gave Nalor peace in which to rest and envision.
Envision the eternal extinction of the Argent Crusade.

Yeah.
Blame it on writers block and just plain laziness. Hopefully it was good enough to make up for the time lost.

Epic.
Why do we always nuke Zul'drak though?
Inorite? I like that zone. D:

Dunno, but at least none of the terrain was damaged - at all. Just a massive absense of life in that area.

Writer's Commentary:
Great news everyone! Not only have I fixed the poison gas pipes, but I've managed to finally get this out.
But terrible news everyone. The slime is not flowing and another page will take a while to be produced.
Two new characters thrown into the mix:
Name :
Linmarion Swift-Arrow
Race :
Night Elf
Gender :
Male
Class :
Hunter
Personality :
Almost always in a good mood, he will never pass up the opportunity to make somebody smile. However, he has a short temper, and will almost always fight if provoked. Has a good tactical mind and loves fighting against impossible odds.
Description :
Standing at a tiny bit shorter than the average Night Elf, Linmarion has short, light-blue hair he wears in a small tail behind his head. He is well built, and is always carrying his weapon, Hellreaver in his hand.
Favourite Motto(s) :
"The scope of battle is not to die for your people, but to make the bastard die for his."
"Try to look unimportant. Maybe they're low on ammo."
Lore :
Linmarion, unlike many other hunters, started training in the art of the bow since he was very young, since he was 10. As he enrolled in the army, he proved to be a formidable force on the battlefield, and after five years he rose to the rank of captain.
His unit ravaged through Hellfire Citadel, and Linmarion slew the Prophet on a one on one battle, claiming the Hellreaver.
Although the pleas from many high-rankers, Linmarion fiercely refuses staying on the sidelines and being a tactician and watching his troops fight. He prefers being in the battlefield.
Whenever offered to act from the sidelines, he always responds with, "I'll be damned if I let one of these men die when I could have been there with them defending them."
and
Name:
Maddison
-unknown last name-
Race: Dreanei
Gender: Female
Age: 49 dreanei years old, the equivalent of 14 human years. (Or so i've been led to believe)
Lore: Maddison is a younger priestess-in-training, the only child of a rich family that lived on the Aldor Rise in Shattrath City until the Dreanei fled the planet in an attempt to escape the burning legion. Both her parents where killed in the fighting, she was rescued from her crib by a neighbor. The neighbor eventually found his way to the Exodar before it took off and they where both spirited away to Azeroth. The neighbor died in the crash. She was sent to an orphanage in the Exodar after it was established a city, where she eventually ran away. Maddison now lives off of small pocket change from doing Odd jobs (Aka quests) and the occasional kind Innkeeper. She travels with a boy a year older than her named
Larrence.
Maddison secretly wishes she and Larrence would take their relationship further, Larrence, of course, is completely unaware of how she feels about him.
How will these characters affect the story? I already know, but, sadly, I don't have it down on paper.

As the force of teh living passed Zim'torga, William peered into the distane, seeing a mass of movement underneath the floating necropolis - both of which were steadily moving towards them. "Brekk," he said, "could you loan me your spyglass?
"Aye," Brekk said, passing the other paladin a bronze tube with glass on each end.
William held it up to his eye, looked into the distance, and immediately swore. He saw hundres of SCourge trrops - the total ammount possibly surpassing double what the Argent Crusade had - moving towards them. Clearly the necropolis had someone managed to call in reinforcements. "Prepare the troops," William said to his dwarven friend. "We've got a long battle ahead of us."
