sorry if i was unclear thats the one i was talking about norm i do flash heal till a greater heal is needed and i spam around renew and prayer of mending on heavy aoe fights while also keeping shield on the tank
Flash Heal filler/GHeal-ProH Serendipity is not a Flash Heal spec, it's a standard holy strategy. The only twist seems 5/5 Spell Warding instead of Divine Fury. Also, some people are against 2/2 Surge of Light, going for 1/2 instead.
It's pretty much the standard.
I only advise against shielding the tank if there is a Discipline Priest on the raid.
So, yeah, this is pretty much a very good way to roll as Holy.

With your spec, or as holy in general, you will want to make sure you know when
SoL procs for a mana-free FHeal.
The spec you chose is actually not all that uncommon, and I find it to be preferable to a Renew-heavy holy build in 10-mans.
There are definitely some tweaks I would make personally, but all those being personal preference and not necessary.

Your spec looks fine. The only reason I would imagine you are OOMing is your gear - maybe try throwing less Renews around if your regen isn't up to scratch yet, it is more expensive than Flash Heal.
EDIT:
Found ya! And yes, your regen is still quite low. You have dodgy enchants on your gloves and cloak, which should be replaced by
this for a tiny bit more regen, and 28 SP on your gloves (can't find the link due to tiredness).
Also, you're exalted with Hodir and Kirin Tor, so you can put some great enchants on your shoulders and helm. While you need the regen, go for
Greater Inscription of the Crag, eventually you will take
Greater Inscription of the Storm, but for now, you need the MP5.
Apart from that, you just need more gear. One thing I would suggest is replacing 2 of your T9.232 pieces with 245 badge pieces, you'll get more stats, and the 4-piece isn't very good anyway, especially considering you only have 1 point in Empowered Renew.
Once you have 60 frost badges, you can get
this, or, if you have no problems healing HoR (which you probably will if you have mana problems but yeah...)
this is quite nice for regen as well.

You're a tailor. You get the best back enchants possible. Level your tailoring and
use them as appropriate. Darkglow is probably best for your current gear. With
emblems, purchase
this,
this,
this,
this,
these and
these. For only a couple of hundred gold (for the eternals required, you're a tailor; you should be crafting some gear for yourself or getting it crafted, your specialised cloth is cheap to make) so get
this and
this crafted.
Read the stickies; you shouldn't be gemming for pure spirit. Fully enchant your gear appropriately, drop the agility and expertise on your own gear, you could be enchanting useless augments on a piece of gear you made to level your tailoring.
