I think its nice, but odd. I realize the Cataclysm changes stuff, but how did those goblins rearrange the entire town like that? At-least, in my mind, it wouldn't be possible even in the game lore.

I was comparing it to other images, it looks as if more buildings have been added too.

I am thinking this will be a earlier phasing of it with it phasing into a lusher area as quests are completed.

The goblins are single-handedly shaping an entire zone into a Horde symbol. I'm pretty sure they can handle some simple civil engineering.

Wrong side of Kalimdor, pal. The Horde Goblins are doing that to Azshara, not Tanaris.
I think he just meant over all, as the Bilgewater Goblins and the Steamwheedle Goblins are two different things.

That went completely over your head.
Goblins--as an entire race--are known for their engineering ingenuity. If they can handle reshaping a massive land structure to a specific design, they should have no problems when it comes to restructuring a small desert port.
Is basically what he meant.

I like the design. Also with it being on the water and there being pirates in close proximity will we be seeing quests involving battleships? :D I hope so.
