How to fight frustration?

do any of you get so frustrated with yourselves at times, that you can no longer concentrate in raid, and do simple things you could normally do without much effort?
and if so, how do you overcome it?
i just joined a great raiding guild (where i have a few friends) and they did an icc 10 alt run tonight and had room for a ranged, so i took my hunter.
things were going great. . .cleared first wing with no problem. we get to fester and rot. . .they were all experienced with the fights, but i had never attempted them.
but again, after a quick explanation the fights went over very well.
i felt great lol. i was doing my job, and felt like i was impressing my new guildies (or at the very least, not giving them a reason to never take me to raids again).
but then it started to get sticky. wont go into much detail, but i messed up on the blood prince fight (they wanted me on the orbs, the first time i was hitting the wrong orbs haha (the purple orbs that attatch themselves to you. second attempt went great though), on the blood queen. . .i was just a mess (i missed biting someone :( ). and at that point i was just done with the game.
i was *!@#ed at myself, had wiped the group 3 times, and felt like i was #$%^ing everyone else in group off (though they were very cool about it, and understanding. i had never done these fights before). i wanted to just /gquit haha and move on. that's how low i felt.
so when we get to valithria they have me kiting the blazing skeletons. such an easy job for me to do.
but i couldn't. i was blinded by my frustration, and though i was doing okay for awhile. . .eventualy i faultered and the blazing caught up to me and killed me.
i felt so dam stupid. such an easy thing to do (kiting a single mob). . .but i just couldn't do it at that point.
any of you have similar experiences? and how do you overcome the frustration in yourself?
for me, once i get to a certain point with frustration. . .i can no longer play this game effectively. i can no longer make decisions as quickly as i need to, or to do simple things i can normally do with no problems.
i just ended up being honest with them. told them i was just getting more and more frustrated in myself, and could no longer go on as i was no longer able to concentrate as well as i needed to be.
lol i'm such a nub :).
anyhow more then anything i think i just wanted to vent haha.
---TLDR---
any of you super hard on yourself, and find it hard to perform when you get really frustrated with yourself, and do you have any tips on how to overcome this without having to break up a raiding group?
and

The way I see it, you just have to get over it. No one magically learns an encounter the first time they do it, it's a process of trying, failing, and retrying. You mentioned the other raidmembers were very understanding, so it seems they didn't mind it either, you're learning afterall!
There's maybe small things you can do next time you're raiding again with them, or in general. You could lookup all the videos on tankspot, or read about the encounter. And don't just read the parts that are only interesting for you! There's alot of tips & tricks you can find by also reading healer stuff, or tankstuff, etc.

Oh, that's nothing. I at least partially caused 6 wipes on
Festergut
25HC by not moving from goo on time as one of the tank healers (
-200% haste
HURTS).
Does not compute

thanks for the comments guys, i think i just needed to let my QQ out lol. . .i was feeling pretty lame last night >.<
i'm pretty hard on myself, but you guys are right. . .i just need to learn the fights. once i've done a fight once or twice, it's easy. . .it's just getting it down those first couple of times.

Somtimes I go in and start playing, wheter it's raids or heroics, wheter it's tanking or DPS. Somtimes I compete with the best of the best, as a tank I'm capeble of tanking anything(this was more true in TBC, WotlK tanking made this pretty much disappear), as a DPS I'm competing with people way overgeared to me. And I'm smiling because they know that getting beaten by me is a huge humiliation for them. Remember being first with 11k DPS on Fester with 5300 gearscore as a furywarrior(mostly Ilv245 geared). Beaten the best geared retridin of the server in the proces. Things like that feel awsome, you're at the top of your game, especiely because it was my first ever raid with that guild. That day I knew I was getting a spot every week.
Somtimes I don't reach the 10th spot, I die, I make errors, everything I try goes wrong and I wanne pul my hair out. If I try tanking I can barely hold aggro on one mob and you wonder what's going wrong.
If that happens the most important thing imo is to distance yourself from a moment, mostly what you do the first time wil happen the second time, if things go good, they wil go good al night, if they go bad, it wil continue to. If it goes bad you mainly wanne stand up once and walk a bit imo. Stop thinking and just play. Started doing that a fiew years ago already. It works pretty wel, you'll never reach the top of your game if you go bad at first that night but it works a bit for me and avoids me wiping the raid every 5min when I have a day like that.

great advice, and i'll defently be giving this a try next time i need it.
just get up from the game for a few minutes (call for a quick break) and just breathe.
when i'm making every noob mistake known in game. . .it only gets worse. maybe forcing myself to stop for a couple of minutes, and just let myself calm myself down for a few will help.
and i'm glad to hear i'm not the only one that can't be perfect all the time. soooo frustrating that i can't be on top of my game 100% of the time :P
