I'd have to put WOW at #1, considering I've played on and off since release and still love the game.
WOW aside, games that had the biggest impact on me...
Lineage 1 - Was my first mmorpg way back in the day. Played it for a long time. Lot's of good memories.
DAOC - Had some epic PvP battles back then. Hell, even the PvE was fun at the time for me.
Tecmo Superbowl - Still my favorite football game, I play it on my PC with a modded/updated ROM.
Pitfall - Think I was like 5 or so when I first played it. I remember exploring and jumping crocodiles for countless hours

I can't really put them in order, but I suppose I can narrow down a top 5...
WoW
Chrono Trigger
River City Ransom
X-men vs Street Fighter (arcade and Sega Saturn)
Halo / Battlefield 1942 / any N64 game (100% for the multiplayer goodness I had with friends)

Absolutely not, lol. Wow has been good to me but nowhere near the top 5.
The only MMO to see my top 5 is UO, specifically pre-UO:R UO (1997-2000 era). Being the first multiplayer game I played that supported more then 32 players, it was epic. The dangerous world where you dropped all your items when you died and you were never safe anywhere, was epic. Nothing will bring that feeling of excitement and adrenaline back. Wow doesn't even come anywhere remotely close.
Quake would be in my top 5. Moving from a max of 4 players over a coax lan or a horribly slow BBS in Doom/Doom2 to 16 player Quake, and later Quakeworld was intense. Being the first game to natively support tcp/ip and a floating point processor made that game the real true first native multiplayer game on the internet, and the first real 3D game where when you looked around your environment you were actually doing just that...not stretching the image like duke ""3D"". (Double quoted because duke wasn't 3D at ALL!) The feeling again was epic, and in my opinion no fps has come anywhere close.
Final fantasy 6 (3 US) and Chrono Trigger would both be on my list as they were the 2 most immersive games I ever played, and no RPG has come remotely close.
Finally I would give the 5th spot to a tie between Warcraft 2 and C&C Red Alert, both of which in my opinion had the most epic RTS feel and has never been duplicated.
Wow has been a fun game but as its horribly carebear and has never really had any good world pvp to speak of, it wouldn't make any of my "Best Of" lists. It has always been an enjoyable game to play when I want to relax, but it has never been an EXCITING game for me. I don't get excited about killing AI, and I feel that is the only exciting thing Blizzard offers in WoW. The pvp always has been absolutely lackluster and not a rush in any sense of the word.
