Hi all, thanks in advance, i was wondering if
Totem of Calming Tides
is best with T9 gear or should i get the
Totem of the Surging Sea
? or wait and start getting my T10 items, i only started doing ICC10 recently with guild and trying to get into 25 man pugs.

The T10 totem is fine, but very situational.
I'd recommend working on your T10 well in advance of getting it simply because the upgrades you're getting from them far outweigh the ones you get from T9 x 4. I recommend starting with your T10 Shoulders & Helm, and keep doing VoA for your Gloves/Legs.

Using
Bizuri's
myself.
Only fights i got troubles keeping this up is Dreamwalker and Gunship. Gunship a little less (you can shock the adds on your ship).
For Riptide totem to work with 100% uptime you need to cast Riptide every 15s. Its worth 255 spp.
For Bizuri need to be able to use at least 1 tick of a dot each 35-40s. Its worth 220 Haste.
Choice is yours.
PS: I dont have any t10, i dont really see a point.

If you heal 25-man raids you'd see how big of a boost it gives you. T10x4 + 25 targets = tons of proc opportunity. Combine this with the power of the Abacus and Trauma, and you've got yourself a huge amount of supplementary heals that go along with your existing spells.
