Is this
http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Daggerspine&cn=Exyu
really better than gemming pure +20STR gems?. I've been trying to do some research and from what I can tell using 10+str + 10crit is the way forward, I am pretty sure my dps is lower than when I was using pure STR.
But what I really want is other retri's opinions are on this and what they choose to gem

Wait to resocket until you get a new weapon. You might need to add 3 hit gems if you drop that 100+ hit on the weapon.
On +4 str or more bonus match with +10/+10 Hit/Str if your under hit cap, and then +10/+10 Crit/Str if you don't need the hit.
To save a little money, don't re-gem till you lose that weapon tho.

Hat

Two things.
1. What is the +34 strength gem called? Never seen it before >.>
2. If it is 4 (or 6) strength socket bonus use a strength/crit cimbo (or hit if you are undercapped).
Basically what hatman555 said.

I was BS, but I don't have the money to spend to powerlevel my JC (or my BS for that matter...)

Do it the old fashion way then. Get another toon to mine for you, or use your mine skill to gather alot of mats and store them somewhere. The cheapest ore to buy is usually the low level stuff level 1-20 and then the high level stuff level 70-80. that means that you only really need to focus on mining the ore in the middle, primarily mithral throium and fel iron.
What is your other profession?

Mining. I don't mine often.TBH I have problem leveling alts, which is why I'm farming badges for heirlooms.
Right now I'm on iron (For BS), which is expensive on my server and has really low quantities on the AH.

Ah, well you have a lot of work to do then.
Blacksmithing 192/225 and Mining 284/300
Tanking wise, this is going to give you +60 stam for BS and +60 stam for Mining, once you get them leveled up. Its the third best you can be for a tank, and the first best only beats it by 5 Stam.
Go spend a day mining the ore you need to level your blacksmithing. Use wowhead to find the best spots to mine, and get them both up at the same time. Don't drop mining for JC until after more cataclysm changes come out. 1.) you never know whats going to happen, and 2.) mining is going to give you a lot of money, once you start leveling in cata, because there will be people like me that need ore to level and are just going to have to bite the bullet and buy it!

Hat
