Nothing can prevent a rogue from using CoS to remove magic debuffs short of making him unable to do anything (stunned, feared, etc).
If however UA is dispelled from someone else, lets say a priest, it will damage and silence the priest but do nothing to the rogue.
The key to beating rogues is to make sure to have your teleport ready and force them to trinket/CoS early. Once they do this they don't have much to protect themselves from you and you can just re-DoT them and kite them around.
It isn't easy though, if the rogue isn't an idiot and has all of his CDs ready when he goes up against you, you have a very small chance of winning but your best bet is to force him to blow those CDs early to give you time to outlast him.

Crawshayi is right.
Rogue will likely sap you. Don't pop your trinket until his Kidney Shot hits you then Pop your trinket and then your teleport. If the rogue is still in casting range, fear him and get him on the defensive.. 95% of the time if you fear and dot up a rogue they will pop their CoS.
Get your VW up. Consume shadows until the rogue gets you.. When you are stunned pop the VW's sacrafice. This will reduce some of your damage. HoT once you are no longer stunned to get the rogue off your ass.. DoT and fear him again. Get all your dots on him and kite your ass off..
Once he gets close, teleport away(it should be up by now) dot/drain soul until dead.
It takes a lot of practice to beat a rogue and A LOT of practice and luck to beat a very good lock.
Practice in the Sewers of dalaran.. Most rogues will take a duel against a warlock. you will likely die, a lot, but it's the only way you will get better.

CDNEH's post is pretty on target. Never trinket out of a sap, since then you'll just get stunlocked to the abyss. Practice a bunch against good rogues. You'll need all your CDs. Nothing you can do to prevent CoS.

And when do you use death coil? Why not after stun. Then fear him and dot him?
cause probably he's on ur back and if u don t trinket+teleport at kidney blind will follow. Then vanish and stunlock again.
Imo if it is a very good rogue he will wait for u to trinket the kidney(that's why in their assassination builds impr. kidney is avoided) and they ll probably try to blind you after.
So as CDNEH and venividivici said practice is your guide.

Woah, blowing BOTH your CDs at once? Thats a little silly. As affliction just mash the howl of terror button. As soon as it (kidney shot, trinketed or not) is over, he goes running away and I put up DoTs. He will probably trinket the first fear; follow up with a Deathcoil and then another fear. If he cloaks, THEN you blow your port. If you are getting a second port during a duel the rogue is doing something horribly wrong.
Also, if you are using the voidwalker make sure to pop
Suffering
. -10% hit chance is nothing to sneeze at!
