Skeletal Horrors I think they are called are melee trash BUT, they do a small area AOE that does 10K when they die. Try not to be killing a whole bunch at once, or it hurts and a lot of people die. The Mages cast a long spiky line of ice in front of them as a line shaped AOE, the cast is long and easily interruptible. If you can, turn them away from the party.
The Nerubians cast web and heal themselves. The heal is interruptible, the other, I don't know, not too difficult other than pulling nearly all the trash at once. The webbed party members can be attacked to release them like other webbing.
As mentioned, there are 4 spirit alarms throughout the two rooms in 25 man, I think 2 on 10 man but I could be wrong. Stealthed rogues can see them and disarm them, they can be set off with any person getting in rage, pets and the warlock eye. We find it useful to mark them with smoke or light beams and clear other trash first. Most groups pull once side, then the other of the trash and leave the middle for last. Goe to one side and LOS pull or death grip the nerubian on that side and if the party is stacked in the corner like they should be, you should get about half the trash in one pull.
Once the trash is clear, then get people ready and set off the spirit traps, they cast a slow effect that lasts for a few seconds so make sure that the tank or something that won't hurt dying (wizard eye) sets them off. The MT gets one add, the OT gets the other and then just tank and spank. Casters need to not be casting when they shout and the shout cannot be stopped so don't bother trying.
Second room, more of the same, front half of the room, back half in two pulls, whatever traps are left from the first room. Please note that the traps don't all spawn at the same place or the same time either and some can and will spawn behind you or after you kill the first of the big skeletons. You can make sure that you have them all if all the skeletons are gone from the side alcoves since that is where they are as statues before you set off the traps.
If you get all 4 set off in a 25 man and wipe or both set off in 10 and wipe, they pat around the room and the best we have done is to have the tank taunt the last one in the pack at maximum range, sometimes we can split them up, sometimes not.
Since the trash in here can all drop the BOE epic zone drops and it all gives rep, a lot of people farm this front section for both and call them rep runs. Clear trash, run out, reset, do it again until bored, tired or whatever. Just an FYI as I have had a lot of people that didn't know what it was.
Hope this helps.

The groups on the sides are regular tank and spank, there's one caster in each group. The middle group and ones on the stairs you have to line of sight (los). I generally clear both sides of trash if we decide to kill everything. Then I use the middle pillar to los the middle pack of mobs and tank them off to one side. I then use the wall corner to los the mobs on the stairs.
You want to los them because you want to group them up and aoe them down. If they are scattered, it generally takes longer to kill them. Also its harder to keep aggro if they are spread out as well. Generally dps knows to wait till you guys have them in a good position. If not remind them to wait till they are all clumped up.

To put it simply and sum up what has been said:
Group up the melee skeletons. But make sure too many don't die at once. Although the AoE isn't too noticeable in my raids, it might pose a problem in yours.
Face the casters
away
from the raid at
all
times (critted from 2 of them on my Holy Pally... not nice).
Make sure you have highest threat on the nerubian, since it needs to be killed first. A webbed healer isn't cool.
If a Deathbound Ward activates,
get on it immediately and turn it the f**k around
