Who knows. That would depend on what the legendary is. It made sense for the Warglaives to Drop because they are directly weilded by Illidan. If the reare is Anduin Lothar's Greatsword (which I think they might bring back) or Deathwing's Chin (as some have speculated) then it probably will drop. However, if its some new item that has recently been discovered (one of the massive weapons supposdly in the new Titan city, Uldar, I think) then it very well may be crafted.

I lean towards the theory that it will involve collecting raid drops and killing bosses. It just looks like Blizzard didn't like the concept of legendaries simply dropping from bosses.
The discussion here should be about where that mysterious legendary is going to drop from. The Firelands and Ragnaros has already seen a legendary, which makes it both the most likely and least likely of choices. I can't speak of the Skywall. Deepholm is another likely choice, being closely associated with Deathwing and all, and so is Grim Batol (but I think this one won't be released until later.

It will not be neither quested nor dropped.
THERE WILL BE QUEST DROPS.

Isn't the first legendary going to be from an entry-ish raid?
My money is on Skywall. Probably a staff/sceptre that is somehow associated with Al'Akir.

I don't know much about lore but doesn't Uldum have something to do with Ulduar/Uldaman? If it does I'm hoping that the new legendary WON'T come from him. Caster's have already had a legendary requiring you to kill an old god. 2, actually, if you count healer's as casters as well.
Uldum is associated with Ulduar/Uldaman in that they all were built by the Titans. Currently, there isn't a raid associated with the Uldum zone.
The currently announced raids are: Unnamed Skywall raid, Blackwing Decent (a good candidate for a Deathwing-themed legendary), Grim Batol, and the Firelands.

I wasn't doubting the fact there won't be. I'm sure of it, same as I'm sure there will be an Abyssal Maw raid at some point.
I'm under the assumption though that the first legendary will be available from one of the early raids, so one of the ones currently announced (or any that get announced as available at launch).
