Same things happening to me. I tried to start WoW and it gets stuck at "Successful" then that same error pops up. The main website isn't loading for me either, looks like were in for an emergency maintenance.

No those errors have nothing to do with the server. That is an application error. I suggest you run a repair.exe process. This happens when a game file gets corrupt. You get this error every time the game attempts to load whatever file, item, texture, etc that is causing the issue.
Run the Repair process and that should fix it.
The website is located on a completely different server than the authentication and world servers. Then why is it down during maintenance you ask? Well because they take all servers down during maintenance. Most time the Site is up during this period.

I did, at the end it just says it crashed and gave me an error.
Ok, have you tried to update your Graphics Drivers, 3D driver issues can cause that error also. You might have a virus too, OR it is quite possible your processor is overheating which would explain all those issues.
