Feral is usually considered a little bit faster for leveling but since it's pretty much exactly the same as your Rogue I'd recommend trying Moonkin.
It's still very good, you kill stuff as fast as a feral but you might have some occasional downtime because of drinking.

ok thank you very much. Also, do you know which spec hits harder in raids at lvl 80?
Boomkin hits harder but a feral does a bit more over all.

It's all a matter of which you prefer.
Both can do good dps in pve.
Melee vs range.
Mana management vs energy management.
2 different rotation.
Try both, choose the one you prefer.

Boomkins also have a priority list instead of a rotation. What they cast depends on DoT timing and eclipse procs.
The only class/spec that has a set rotation is a Blood DK (kinda) and maybe an Arcane Mage if you took arcane barrage out of your rotation.

Naw, it is still a rotation, a loose one, but we still move sequentially through our spells.
