Well, the way end bosses go so far has been C'thun, then Illidan, then the Lich King, and now we have Deathwing!
They are all legendary evils that return from the past.
So, what new evil do you think will be the next end game boss?
I am shooting for
Queen Azshara
or maybe some super monster from the Emerald Dream.
This is a guessing game that you most likely won't be correct at, but if you are, you get COOKIES!
Go on, take a shot in the dark, you may hit something. Try not to shoot me.

Oh and Kil'jaeden maybe?

I actually think Queen Azshara will be introduced in one of the Cataclysm`s patches, because there isn`t really to much lore behind her, (except the fact she is responsible for spliting Azeroth in 3 pieces), and she hasn`t shown herself since Old Gods transformed her into a fish. So I guess she will make her appearance as one of the Deathwing' s allies.
Blizz has said they don't currently have plans to include Azshara as a raid boss in Cataclysm.

That, or maybe we might finally see who's behind the Burning Legion and all that. The ones who brought the Orcs to our world, destroyed Draenor, and who generally are trying to destroy the universe.

Isn't that Sargeras?
My guess is that Sargeras will be the final boss in the last expansion focusing on current lore. That doesn't necessarily make it the final expansion - but from there Blizzard will start expanding into new territory.
After all, as the old Dragon Ball Z role-playing game said, "There's always a more powerful enemy." ;)

Sunwell and Magister's Terrace were merely setbacks, after all.

Queen Big-T1ts is next, and thankfully not part of Cataclysm itself.
From her page:
Azshara was expected to make an appearance as a major enemy in the upcoming expansion World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, due to the fact that it was believed a significant portion of the third expansion would deal with the Maelstrom. However, in the Q&A section of the "World of Warcraft Raids and Dungeons" panel at the 2009 Blizzcon convention, game designer Tom Chilton confirmed that appearances by Queen Azshara and the city of Nazjatar were not intended to be part of this expansion, although her Naga would make an appearance in the new leveling zone, the Sunken City of Vashj'ir. It is likely that Azshara may be being saved for a future expansion. The fact that she is featured on the official Cataclysm site seems to indicate that even though she may not be physically present, her manipulations may have dire effects on Azeroth, or that she may at least play a large role in the Sunken City of Vashj'ir.
After her; probably another round with Kil'jaeden and the Legion, which Old Gods are left after Cataclysm(possibly the one sealed away in the Emerald Dream), considering the way Wrath ended... we'll see a return of the Scourge somehow, and the final battle against Sargeras at the end.

*crosses fingers* Myths about China's ban of pandas notwithstanding, the addition of the Maelstrom will also hopefully bring us player character Pandaren. :)

Can we make one up.? perhaps after the original lore is complete. I would like to see a race of titans called the Progenitors return. These beings would have been the ones that planted the seed of existence to the origins of all life in this game. They would return to deem what they created a failure and seek to destroy all and start anew. Each one would be given a zone on the world map to destroy and renew and it would be our task to stop them in raid format. The easiest in the starting zone areas and moving up in difficulty as zone area dictates culminating in final battle against the "First One" on his orbital spaceship.
Ok ok..never mind, just a caffeine rush..I'm good now. :P
