There's probably not a hot fix, and there's a number of reasons for what the difference in blood power stacking was between those two fights. There's plenty of ways raids can screw up and increase how much power he gets, and plenty of tricks to reduce the amount he gets.

On 10N, they die so fast that
they only have to get burned down quickly
works. Especialy if you know what you are doing and stun them. One or two hits on the tank wont break the fight.

There was an attempt by Blizzard to perform an intended change though it did not influence his Blood Power gains from Blood Beasts rather removed his Blood Power gains from MotFC and increased Blood Power gains from Blood Boil and Blood Nova.
Blizzard repealed the fix however when there was enough QQing.

I wasn't aware of the thing Zokudu mentioned, but I'll bet this is mostly a miscommunication. Due to the increasing effects of
Hellscream's Warsong
, on normal mode the beasts usually drop pretty quick. So kiting them is technically still what you're supposed to do, just with a decent group they're usually dead before kiting becomes necessary.

U try to let the tanks tank em on hc mode... they will get killed when the beasts get
