Vanilla wow - Don't have that much experience, as I didn't do that much dungeons anyway back then. Too much hassle to get a group, but I guess I sort of avoided BRD on all my characters. It's just.too.long.
TBC - heroic manatombs. Even with my steady heroic group, we didn't managed to get past the first few mobs. It is just plain silly. Heroic SL was also a pain, but at least you managed to get to the last boss...
WotLK - as a healer I'm going for PoS. Even in my gear I still steel myself for those packs when you go up the last boss, they do insane damage and everybody takes curses/diseases/damage + these days you end up with half the people already up the hill, and the other half down at it, as there is no decision yet what to do. Run or stay. ^^
And, it's an instance you actually have to mind where to stand, and break off DPS for a while...that tends to be rather hard for a rather large group of people.
As DPS, I don't really have one I don't like. HoR is rather high on the: oh-no-sigh list, but that is more because it's being made or broken by the tank.

From 'Classic' I despise Wailing Caverns. It is the longest, most repetitive instance in all content. Hardly any groups I had at that level knew what they were doing or would stay for the full instance.
The one I hated most in 'Burning Crusade' would be Sethekk Halls. It was just hands-down annoying, especially on Heroic mode. The totems that charm me and thus everyone died (because I tank) are the worst thing ever invented.
And lastly, from 'Wrath of the Lich King' I would say I least like Occulus. Not because of the actual instance, because every time I get in, someone leaves. I don't know why, it's not as hard as it used to be. 7 triumph badges for little effort is good in my books.

As of last night, I officially will not run Halls of Stone on any character. I kept getting it on both my paladin tank and my holy priest, and I think I finished it once in five days (when I brought my own healer). The make-or-break point seems to be the first set of pulls (about a dozen caster mobs in sets of 3). If tanking, some idiot always pulls adds and the group would wipe. If healing, the tank would intentionally pull all 12 mobs (and the dps would conveniently forget their AOE abilities).
On the other hand, while I used to despise Occulus, I now will run it any time. I've blazed through it every time it's popped in recent memory, normal and heroic.

Vanilla: Gnomeregon
TBC: Ramparts SOO MUCH
WOTLK: Utgarde keep (Loved it at first, now it's incredibly dull)
