Sir Zeliek
This is Sir Zeliek, almost everyone might have fought him in Naxxramas. What is so weird about him is that he is a Scourge Paladin (yes, i know its an oxymoron). Don't believe me? Check out his 'abilities' in his page.
So, as far as I know, due to his strong faith in the Holy Light, he can still channel it and he retains his sanity but his body under the Scourge's control.
But, lorewise Undead cannot wield the light, which is the reason why there are no Forsaken Paladins which people keep demanding once in a while. (see:
http://www.wowhead.com/forums&topic=151929
for a lorewise speculation for the existance of Forsaken 'Holy' Priests, and no I'm not advertising my thread there)
So, what I wanna know is whether Sir Zeliek is really Undead or just being 'body' controlled (whatever that means) by the Scourge? If he really is Undead, do you think Blizzard just messed up the lore here?

I think that Zeliak is a unique circumstance. It is likely that all of the Four Horsemen were specially cultivated by the Lich King/Kel'thuzad, just as Alexandros was when he became one of them.
It is likely that the Lich King wanted Zeliak to be able to use the Light, and so he made sure that whatever had to be done to make that happen was done. Whether that means Zeliak is still technically alive, only partially alive (who knows, maybe he has a living heart/living brain in a dead body; think Sasori from Naruto), or if he's totally dead and was specially made to be able to withstand and use the Light.
I think that whatever was done to him to make him this way, that's what gives him his freedom of mind and mouth as well.

He is dead like the rest of them, asDarion and his allies kill Zeliek along with the other three when they assault Naxx, and at the end of the fight he get's back up, be moaning about his fate. His body belongs completely to the Scourge but his mind is his own; which is probably what leaves his Faith and control of the Light intact.

The Light may also burn him, but we do not see it.

See, that makes no sense to me. Is he just especially strong-willed, which is why his mind didn't deteriorate or go over to the Scourge? And if that's true, wouldn't he be able to prevent his body from being controlled? Unless you actually had the Lich King or whatever specifically controlling him like a puppet.

But since his body is dead (at least most), they can control it.

And they probably think it's funny to torture him like that; using his Light powers against people he would see as allies and friends if things were different. And yeah, for some reason his mind is completely intact, but his body is a corpse (again, refer to his death in the Ashbringer comics... and how after a few moments he get's back up, bemoaning that he's still alive).

Holy light is nothing more then a power source being used in the right situations. The lich king found a way for zeliek to still control that holy power well undead, much like the first blood knights did with magic.
