What tools do you use to track overall raid damage and healing

I am asking this because our guild is getting very fractured. This weekend we did a 10 man and 3 dps said they got NO healing at all. Well this started it off.
Then I started to try and see heals and overhealing ...but I was having a problem of heals incoming and stuff.
It looked like to me we had 3 healers, 1 tank and 2 raid.
Since the co-guild leader was tanking they had about 200% overhealing.
And the guild leader was playing a bird and died and @#$%^ed about healing.
SO then I see it looks like the tank and bird are the only ones getting healed.
I said this was bull#$%^. I was playing mdps and the only time I got a heal at all was when
the shammy threw a chain heal on one of them and I got some.
Needless to say it was a WIPE AND WIPE AND WIPE
This is the problem with the guild, first friends are invited to everything over anyone else.
Heal friends and in my opinion I would never even invite the healers they suck.
Anyway I made some comments and was asked to back it up.
I need some tools that can track the things I have described and show what is going on.
Anyone have any recommendations on what I need to show real facts about all this bs?

please ignore the dps question I put in the title. I see that our raids have one big proglem FRIENDS getting to do everything even it they suck. The 2 healers I was ^&*!@ing about were big buds of the leader and I just wanted to show how SUCK they are at healing and should NEVER be in a raid.

recount is fine for this, but long-term I suggest:
http://www.worldoflogs.com/help/index/
That gives the tutorial about the whole setup. And it draws graphs, etc. the downside is you won't get your info real-time, you have to get it after raid.
But than again, you can post it online (free) for everyone to look at, so they can't argue against facts.

I went and looked more closely at wol and it is fantastic.
I wanted to ask about recount. I was wanting to look at something like this.
healer1 spells used and percent....heals done and percent
healer1 cast spell x on player1 and cast spell y on player1 etc
so healer 1 healed player 1 for XXXXX health with spell x
I need to show what is being cast and on who

our rogue lasted less than a minute and said that he showed he received 1321 healing which I am assuming it was the tail end of a chain heal.
Just like sat night....the tank had a dedicated disc healer.
2 mdps that received 0 healing and shields from this person.
a holy priest and a shaman doing raid healing. AND doing very little healing on anyone but the tank and the guild leader and themselves.
Basically what we had was 5 people fending for themselves.
