Ok, I don't play a paladin healer, so I'm going to use words like Big heals and mini heals. I know how beacon works, and I know how the damage works in the fight soooo with that being said....here we go
While rotface has 2 tanks, if the kiting tank is doing his job right, he shouldn't be taking damage. This leaves you with 1 tank taking pretty constant boss damage with the exception of time when rotface will turn and vomit slime at a random person in the group.
Beacon the tank, and heal the raid.
When raid members get
Mutated Infection
all healing done to them will be reduced by 50%. it is best just to dispel this effect as quickly as possible, and then maybe toss a big heal to top them off. Remember that if raid members are kiting the small slimes to the big slimes they will take a hit or to of proximity damage from the big slimes AOE puls. keep a quick heal ready to give moving raiders atleast at 40% health.
When 5 small oozes have been kited together the big ooze will explode. At the time of explosion it will send out chunks of slime that will fall at the feet of every raid member. Keeping your raid stationary during the cast and then telling them to move away from that spot as the slimes fall to where they were standing will make that damage almost none existent. Keep an eye out for people you don't see moving. once you have moved from your spot you can pre cast a heal on DPS that might have been face rolling their keyboards. using Divine Sacrifice during these explosions will also help.
Remember how i said your OT won't be taking damage if he is doing his job right? ya well if he isn't doing his job right he is going to be taking melee hits from the big slime. 40K plus hits. So if you see your OT trying to do a u turn and starts to move to the slime, pre casting a holy light might be a good idea.
Besides that, just keep topping of the raid and letting your beacon do the work on the main tank.
Cheers
Hat.

Blood Princes.
There are different ways to tank this fight....which means there are different ways to heal it.
Some people will use 3 tanks, the main and OT for the raids, and then a ranged DPS to tank the ranged boss.
If you have a paladin healer....(thats you)...Then a more efficient way to tank the fight is use your Main tank (tank with more Effective health) to tank the 2 melee bosses, and your OT to tank the ranged boss.
If you use this system, you need to just be aware that the main tank will be taking a substantial amount of damage. Keeping him beacon and being liberal with your big heals will be your main job.
Spike damage can come at any time from 3 different sources.
1.)If Kenetic bombs fall and hit the ground you will find your entire raid at 20-30% life. don't panic, normally there won't be any damage to follow that, but its a good idea to get everyone topped off as quickly as possible.
2.) If melee and ranged DPS don't spread from the empower vortex, they will take 30-50% of their life in damage, and be tossed out of position. Fine them and top them off. If ranged get tossed out of position they will not only be low health, but not be in range of there kenetic bombs. And low health in combination with falling bombs = death.
3.) Empowered flame sphere will not only hurt their chasing target, but also damage others around their target if there is no spread. Depending on how good people run from orbs, you will find yourself dealing with 3 types of damage. low (2-4K) hight (14-17K) and dead (there is nothing you can do, they should have run away) if a person gets high damage, again, topping them off ASAP is a good life death preventing thing in this fight.
Good luck in your fights mate.
Cheers,
Hat
p.s. Sorry for spelling, Im too lazy right now to re-read stuff.

For the Blood princes tactic hat described, don't beacon the MT.
Beacon has a delay of .5-1 second, having your MT tank two targets means he takes mujumbo amounts of damage when one of them is empowered. Also since your MT will be taking the most damage your OT will almost always be topped off without you even caring if you just keep your MT up.
And don't care much for the raid damage with that tactic, throw a HS if you think you can spare the GCD but to my experience, it's mostly just heal the tank all day long. A shaman/druid/holy priest can cover the damage easily.

The reason videos make it look easy is because it's hard to get a sense of how fast the fight moves from watching them.
With Rotface, you need a way to see where the infected person is, instantly. Wait for them to get about halfway out, just so they (and consequently their slime) are not really in the raid. It's better to heal them after the debuff is off, but they will be taking damage constantly so just make sure they always have some health.
People will just walk through the big slime polls - they're supposed to - so they'll need a constant drizzle of healing. Anyone kiting a slime - especially when they're caught up to the main tank and near a big slime - will need a drizzle of healing.
As soon as someone starts taking Slime spray damage, precast a Holy Light on them. It'll be quick enough and big enough.
If the kiter is a tank class, save LoH on them and hit it instantly as soon as they take a damage spike. It means they're in melee range of a big slime and another similar hit may be coming. If they aren't a tank class, don't bother. They won't survive the first hit.
There's actually very little spiky damage at all - it all comes in kind of slow. Unless someone fails.
Watch the big slime at all times. If it gets in the raid, check who it's targeting, yell at them to move out in such a way that they don't get hit and the kiter can easily take it back, and pop a healing cooldown. If you don't trust who has it, you taunting the slime and pulling it back out is always an option. I know you can't heal and move, but one healer not healing and no big slimes in the raid is better than all healers healing and a big slime in the raid.
Tell your kiter it's a lot better to get a bit too far from the big slime than a bit too close (although s/he should be trying to avoid both cases). If one or two people standing at the edge of the raid take a tick or two - no big deal. Kiter gets one shot, that causes problems.
If the actual kiter dies, Pop RF, taunt the slime, and get moving. Holy Paladins are brilliant kiters. Yes you sort of lose a healer, but if you're careful you can get some casts off, and if everyone performed perfectly this fight would be insanely easy to solo heal anyway.
On blood princes: I did it on 25 man last night with a French speaking guild that pugged me in, and, not gonna lie, I had no idea what was going on, since I'd never read it, and the English explanation was only for one raid member (me) so it was a little bit brief. One thing I did notice which should help: When empowered shadow bolts are coming (easy enough to figure out when this will be by looking at the Wowhead article) HL spam on the tank is pretty much required. Try to time it so an HL hits immediately after the bolt hits.
I *think* that's all of the things I'm usually thinking about while Rotface is going.

What you want to emphasize to most of the raid is: 1) know where the kiter is, run to him as soon as you're infected, and 2) stop standing in #$%^. If it goes well, most of the raid will have more or less nothing to do with the big slime, other than running towards it.
