It is always much easier, and quicker to actually contact them directly by phone. You may have a hold time, but when u get through, they can restore the account right there.

For your protection, DO NOT respond to any emails or log in to your account at this point. It sounds like you're one step from being completely restored. Use a different computer to 1) create a new email address that you'll use exclusively for WoW and 2) change your battle.net email to that address. In the meantime, boot into safe mode, launch WoW through launcher.exe (don't log in), and scan your computer with Avira Antivirus, Malwarebytes' Antimalware, and Spybot S&D. Kill anything that moves.
Once you can confirm your box is free from malware, only then should you log in.

This is the best way to fix the problem. Although the wait times are terrible (about 2 hours). It can take a couple of weeks for an e-mail response. One tip when calling blizzard is it's a good idea to phone them as soon as the lines open in the morning so that hopefully you will be nearer the front of the queue.
Some people are lucky, some are not. I hear early weekdays, Monday and Tuesdays are their busiest. But Thursdays and Fridays are low volume. Some people report 2 hour wait times, others get through in 5 minutes.
