To answer the original question: you can wear some PVP gear for extra health.
But seriously, in my group, we had our warrior tank the other two and the pally tank Prince Kelly. It worked fine.

I hate comments like this. When you clear more cont6ent than just Deathbringer then you have a right to state an opinion as you obviously have not read enough. In the future please do not post comments of opinion if you have no experience.
Warlocks, Hunters and DK's are considered the best tanks for Kelleseth for the reasons stated above. My group personally uses a Warlock, but I have done it as well.
Apologies, I have cleared bosses more than Deathbringer but I don't have personal experience with Prince. I'm always on our guild's raid vent when they go ICC so I listen to how things go on & watch the real life friends play. For them & some other groups, things were much easier sticking to pally tank (after trying out with hunter tank a few times). So I wouldn't say ranged dps *are* the *best* tanks, it's just another method that works out well (which I hadn't recognised before and sorry about that).
