What's a FERAL's most mana efficient heal?

Jsut for when I've been soloing some dungeons, or slacking at dailys, which heal, for a
FERAL
druid has the best mana spent to heal achieved co-efficient.
I'm thinking its probably healing touch or 3 stack life bloom stacked at exactly 0.5 secs remaiining on the previous cast.

I admit though it wasn't a big enough issue to warrant pointless none contributory comment mind, my bad, just helpful quick opinions like Lightrain's appreciated contribution.
Hadn't considred the bonus to Nourish from a HoT.

If I need heals on myself while feraling, I do one of three things or a combination of the three:
A) Bandage - because it keeps me in form
B) Regrowth - because it heals a bit and is still fastish
C) Rejuv - because it's fast
Edit: And it's good to see foley not slacking on the wording.
