No sorry. You're missing out on the Seals of the Pure talent, along with Divine Sacrifice to break CC. Build around
7/13/51
to your liking and you'll be better off.
I'm thinking of compiling some Retribution PVP setup information because of all the recent PVP questions. It just seems like we don't have anything like it. :\

Most of the regulars here don't PvP in any context at all. It might be a good idea.

Nope. Don't take SoC and don't take the Exorcism glyph. Seal of Righteousness Glyph FTW. Also take the Glyph of Sense Undead.
Once you're geared (~900 resil) take the the point from SoC that you added to Imp Righteous Fury as well as the the other point and put it into Imp Blessing of Might.
As for Righteous Vengeance; I would take it in my opinion. If you're playing 2's you have to play double DPS. Heals/Ret just doesn't work. The only downside to Righteous Vengeance is if you have to make a hard switch and CC your target and if RV is up it has a chance to break the CC. But odds are you are going to designate a Kill Target before opening and not stop dealing damage to them until either they are dead or you are dead so more damage is always a plus. Especially since you'll have between 27 and 31% crit chance.

Yea, go ahead and listen to the paladin in blues. I obviously have no idea what I am talking about.
Exorcism puts out a TON of instant burst damage when glyphed. Seeing as Paladins don't have MS, burst damage is very important. And without Righteous Fury, you will be gibbed very fast. Blessing of Might is purged off instantly always.

Pretty sure he's right about SoR, though. No team, especially with a healer, is going to care about a little bit of cleave damage that isn't a threat anyway, and you're hurting your single target DPS with SoComm.

SoC is not for arena usage, but is to give you a spec that is still viable in raid applications. If you want a full blown PvP arena spec, move the single point from SoC to Righteous Fury for the extra 2% damage reduction. SoR is the premier PvP seal now for Ret.

You're right in that the final one or two talents points are flexible and can be put into SoC if they wanted to do a Random Heroic or Raid. As for the Glyph of Exorcism - I would much rather have the 10% damage increase on my Seal of Righteousness but it's personal choice. When I look at Recount after an Arena match I see that Exorcism is is only a small part of my overall damage (and SoR is well over 50%) as I'm usually using the Art of War proc on FoL is keep my partner(s) alive. And when you get into 2000+ you wont be critting as much so Exorcism will be used even less.
But if your game plan is to just blow your Kill Target up in a few globals then I would dump the Glyph of Salvation and pick up Exorcism for the burst. But to not have Glyph of SoR is silly.
