The problem with "pst" is that it stands for "please send tell." So...
even you pst a few times
(Adding the "if" to make it an actual sentence) means "Even if you please send tell them a few times."
I love how people dont even know the acronym anymore, and "pst" = "whisper". So "Johnny pst'd me" really means "Johnny please send telled me"...
Diablo 2 was better. Instead of "pst" they used "/w", e.g. if I were spamming trade I'd say "Selling Primordial Saronite 1k /w skribs." That way people knew exactly what it was, and since "/w" meant "whisper", you could actually use it for more than asking for a tell.

I don't think there was a "problem" per se, just a rude person. You probably didn't have a high enough GS for them to faceroll the raid, so rather than at least be honest (or make something up) they just ignore. Same like when you send in a resume for a job; 95% of places won't even give you a response, even a canned "Thank you but we don't have any openings that match your skills" response.
It's just people who don't even want to waste a few seconds to be polite.

scribs, what are you talking about?
anyhoo, I don't really understand the pst. A jc will get on trade with the link and lfw pst. Right above and below are players lf jc. Same thing with raids, herocs, BGs and VOA. To the OP, I feel your pain. I'ts frustrating but I just move on.Make some friends on the server that you can depend on.

Yea, it is usually because you are
flooded
with whispers...and each person will often whisper more than once (like you)...you simply do not have time to respond to everyone.
