That is probably a phishing email. Blizzard should never ask for information like that in an email. Never, ever give out any info unless you initiated the contact with Blizzard. Never follow any links in emails even if they look legit.

Sounds like a Phisin eMail. Best bet is to call them directly. The Account rep will have your keys and be able to tell you. Otherwise i belive proof such as a Bank record reflecting the purchase might work also.

thank you for your help guys and ty federalagent for those phone numbers, but im English :) i shall look my local help lines up :)
i know its a blizzard email and not a hack as when i try to log onto wow it says i can not for i have an account problem click a link provided, i do so it takes me to the battle net page where i log on and it says my account has been suspended. check your emails. witch i do and i get this email.
so i got a reply back form blizzard who have asked for the same info again but instead of a cd key they have asked for prof of id witch i can supply easily enough ( i hope)
i then received another saying my account problems have been repaired my armor and money returned to me as best they can and they think this problem is caused by a keylogger/trojen virus so i am taking current procedures ( running virses adware and spyware scanners) to try and stop this. they say if i cant access my account ( witch atm i cant) then i should follow other emails if i have any ( witch i am doing atm)
hopefully this should be over soon and i would like to say ty to the blizzard team and you lot for your help :) and also hopes this helps others in later times :)
So you know, your number will be the same as the US account, Those are the only numbers, directly from the blizzard website.
