My guild just killed LK in 10 man for the first time a couple of nights ago and I've searched all over the web + these forums for this information.
Since we will be starting heroics this reset, do Primordial Saronites drop in 10-man heroic? wowhead seems to list Primordial Saronite dropping 0.2% in normal mode (Never seen one) and ? in heroic.
If they do, does _ANYBODY_ have any proof of them dropping and not just guessing?
I can't say "proof" because I don't have a screenshot or anything, but we had 4 saronites drop for us after clearing the first 10 hardmode bosses in 10-man last week (ended up killing Sindragosa and LK on just normal).
So yes, primordial saronites will drop from 10 man hardmode bosses.

This isn't related to the OP's question, but can the RL change from Normal to Heroic on the fly for each boss? I only Pug, but I could see how some Pugs may be able to do Morrow and Gunship on Heroic if it's not too much more tough, if this was possible.
Apologies for the noob question, I've only played this game for like 3 months.
Yes and also RL needs to have killed LK.

aren't normal and heroic considered separate with different Raid ID's, so if you do normal mode on bosses, then go out and turn to heroic the instance is now fresh and you face first boss, but you still gotten saved, I have however heard that if you extend raid, you gotta kill a boss first to get saved for the extended.

No, ICC uses the "Ulduar" model of bosses. There's a 10 man instance and a 25 man instance. Individual bosses can be done on Hardmode. The difference is that in Ulduar everyone immediately had access to hardmodes, but you had to trigger it somehow (either speed kill, killing things in a different order, etc). In ICC the raid leader must have killed LK in order to activate hardmode, but like Ulduar there's only one version of the 10 man and 25 man instance.
ToC is the only raid instance that has four separate versions that you can run in a week.

This statement is correct. If you extend a raid, that following week you can invite whoever you want to join you and they will not be saved to a Raid ID until a boss is killed.
