You can actually input a number there up to the stack count of whatever you're buying assuming they're sold in singles. I don't recall exactly what the stack count for badges was but I think it was either 200 or 250. So, if you need to buy 4 Cardinal Rubies, you can type 80 in there each time until you get to Heroism. Then, you can do the same on the Rubies and type 4.

Try
/click StaticPopup1Button1
You sir, are a scholar among men! lol I have been looking for a way to convert that yes button to a macro for awhile now. I use Garrison points to buy "bag of gold" at the trading post to burn off excess garrison points. Sadly, you cannot buy multiple bags at once, and on my widescreen monitor it is rather annoying to click the bag, have to move to the middle, click yes, and repeat this process 50+ times, on each toon. This macro cuts that time down dramatically!

This command is useful for identifying any button you would like to click as part of a macro. Just make a separate macro containing
/run local f = GetMouseFocus(); if f then DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage(f:GetName()) end
and then bind it to a key. You can then hover over the button you need the name of, run this macro, and the name will show up in the chat box. Then you can add
/click 'nameOfButton'
in any macro you like
