Tank him with your back facing a frost patch on the ground, that way when he knocks you back you will end up on the opposite side of the frost patch and he has to run through it. It slows him and gives you time to start running. When his Overwhelming buff wears off charge back in and continue tanking him. Save Shield Wall in case you are unable to get away when he has Overwhelming.

If you have players with half a brain, and is decently geared, you can probably tank him in one spot and be fine - just make sure you are not standing in the ice patches, move from them. When he enrages, you can pop your CDs, like shield wall and in an emergency, last stand.
What normally wipe the group is DPS/heals who are still healing/dpsing when they have been Branded.
