Unfortunately on my server its pretty easy to get 5400 GS. Remember that PvP gear that drops from VoA has some pretty high GS's. How do people get 4 piece T10, 5500+ GS, and am only capable of doing 4k dps with the 15% buff? My tank does that much on trash, sheesh.
I agree that if you set a high GS requirement, that generally stops the scrubs from trying to join. What's even better is if your requirements are even stricter.
My classic lfm spam:
/2 LFM fresh ICC 10, 5.2k GS min, going 7/12 or past blood wing, pst with achievement link. Pst with Class, Role, GS, and Avg Dps.

Depends on the group.
1st wing = cake
Plague wing Rot < Fester < PP
Blood wing is easier than PP, but harder than Dreamwalker
Dreamwalker imo is easier than Blood, but it depends on your healers.
Sindy should be done last (if at all).
If you can do Fester/Rot, you have a shot at doing Blood wing. If you can do the Council, you should be able to do Blood Queen. PP sometimes is just difficult for a pug, need a lot of coordination. I've actually been in pugs that do Dreamwalker FIRST and then failed on Fester/Rot for some reason.

Depends on your DPS
and
your healers, really. If you have a pulse you can heal Val once you get the hang of the portals, unless your DPS is failing at add management, which makes that fight hell. Blood princes I found pretty hard to heal, even with a not-terrible group (which could be because I'd not done it before, didn't know the tactics, and was the only non-French speaker in the raid so the English instructions pretty much ended at 'beacon X, heal Y.'
All in all, I'd say princes is easier for pugs than putricide, but I haven't done BQL.
Edit: I'd say Fester > Rotface > Putricide for pugs, Rotface > Fester > Putricide for guild raids. Fester's a gear check and Rot's a coordination check.

Rotface is easier than Fester? I find that the opposite is true, though I guess it depends on how many people have done the fight before.
Well Rot has a longer enrage timer than Fester, and as folks have said it is a coordination issue. I find it to be pretty cake in 10 man, as there are less slimes and as long as people are moving out for the slimes and avoiding his splits, it's straightforward.
Fester not only is a gear check its somewhat a coordination test too. The majority of the fight you stand there and do your thing but for some reason the spores just confuse people. If your tanks aren't up to par they can get one-two shotted during his pungent blight phase. It tests the tanks gear and coordination, healers have to keep them up as well as dps, and dps has to know where to move to for spores. If you have really strong folks in all 3 categories its cake.
I've only primarily dps'ed and tanked these encounters, so I haven't experienced it on the healers end. Dreamwalker is all about controlling the adds and knowing which ones to take down first. The Council you need to have a strong lock or a 3rd person to tank Keleseth. Other than the massive running around, it's pretty straightforward.

I did Fester 25 last week but we didn't succeed...we tried it 2 times before it was too late to continue. First try, I picked him up first, then while the 2nd tank had him during the pungent blight, he got 1-2 shotted and we wiped...so the 2nd time I told him to take him first and I'll take him 2nd because I was a bit better geared than he was...so we did that, he took him first, then I took him 2nd, and I was able to tank him through the pungent blight relatively easy as I alternated my CD's. Then it was time for the other tank to pick him back up, and half way through his 2nd cycle a couple of the healers weren't paying attention to the spores and died somehow. Resulted in our 2nd wipe.

The abom pilot really, really needs to slow those slimes, huh?
It's about the only thing he needs to do...
Hit 1 to eat slime puddles, get energy.
Hit 2 within the 5-6 seconds of the Slime spawning before it decides to move.
He can also hit 3 to apply a debuff, but I would get step 1 and 2 down first, as those are crucial to the fight.

Piloting the abom goes to a whole new level on heroic, at least on 25man (I haven't done 10 man in a long time). Knowing when to clear up a slime puddle and when to let it expand before drinking, knowing when you can slash the boss/adds, and whacking on the boss while eating, all while slowing adds at the proper time (and twice on the red ooze in transition). Much more fun on heroic indeed. I regularily do ~14 - 15k DPS during 25H attempts as the abom.

Shield dropped Sat night . . . but I was on my hunter lol. The OT rolled a 1 and got the shield, then promptly disconnected right afterwords. We didn't notice till we started the Saurfang monologue and saw that he was still on the gunship. What a tool.
