Premium Status "inactive"

Hi. My Wowhead premium status is suddenly listed as inactive even though my ZAM subscription is still listed as premium with the other network sites.
I've tried using the Update Status button but even though it says it's updated successfully, my status is still inactive. Any suggestions?

I am also having the same problem.
Also, when I try to update my Premium status, it sometimes gives me an approved message without properly upgrading me back to Premium and other times says it failed to update.

I have the same problem, only I'm unsure whether it's the exact same issue, as I've only upgraded to Premium Membership today.
However, whenever I try to update the status through my Account Settings, it keeps coming up as "Inactive" aswell.
Please note that I used
PayPal
as payment method for the upgrade, since I read that it can take longer because of it. I did get the confirmation mail from ZAM however, stating:
"Thank you for purchasing your premium subscription for the ZAM Network through Paypal. Your premium services have been activated and you
should
now be able to enjoy your premium membership on ZAM.com, Wowhead.com and MMOUI.com."
Also, if I try to press the "Upgrade now" option, it gives up a HTTP-error 403. I tried this based on the instructions in the ZAM confirmation email:
* Log out of all browsers, tabs etc.
* Open ZAM.com in your browser and log into your preferred ZAM.com account.
* Then open a new tab for Wowhead and log into your preferred Wowhead account.
* From there,
click the Upgrade Now! button.
* You should get a window that tells you that your ZAM user name and your Wowhead user name are now linked and gives you the option to open your ZAM settings or your Wowhead settings.
* Click the Wowhead settings link.
* It should open a new tab or window and you will need to log into Wowhead again. Your settings page should show you as linked.

I'm having the same issue; I went to post a comment and couldn't figure out why it was asking me to type in the Captcha, and then I noticed I wasn't showing as a premium member. I went to check my account, thinking somehow my premium payment had failed, but it isn't due until June or so.
Does this merit an e-mail to the premium emergency address? :P I wish I had it, heh...
I did have it. I remembered I had used it once before from my Gmail account, and found it in the address book there; I've contacted the premium e-mail to report the problem.
