The Prince of Stormwind Anduin Llane Wrynn is a 12 year old child who is the son of King Varian Wrynn and was once the King of Stormwind when his father had dissapeared.
His mother was killed while he was still an infant when the Stonemason's guild (later the defias brotherhood) rioted. A rock was thrown that struck her head and killed her.
In Cataclysm, he is apparently almost 13 years of age.
But what does the future hold for this 12 year old prince?
This is background history.
Place your bets/ideas on what will happen to this short blonde kid.

14 not 13. And we'll have to wait and see.

is too soon to tell, his model update means he FINNALY will have some action in wow to some degree, but what that action is nobody knows.
is too early to tell, and I hate to speculate having zero base to go from.

I'm willing to bet he's going to actually start being a part of Stormwind's quest chains. I recently read through Arthas: Rise of the Lich King, and it was about his age when Arthas started, and his father started working for Stormwind's army even younger. I'm sure they'll be just small quests, but nonetheless, I'm sure we're going to see some sort of maturity strike into him.
He's probably going to start off as sort of an introductory questgiver, and then be surprised when in later content, we actually see him in a town with some sort of escort.
Of course, that's just my two-cents.

I believe he will create an army of unicorns that he will ride into Grim Batol.
He will fight the black dragonflight while flying on magical white horses and using
powerful armor
and
an incredibly powerful weapon
to defeat deathwing.
He joins together the horde and alliance and we all live happily ever after.
The end :D

Yea, I could definitely see him involved in a few Cataclysm quest chains. Perhaps he'll get involved in the Human starting area, and then later show up in a Cataclysm zone.

Naah, nice try. When the other alliance faction bosses mob up and monkeystomp Varian, Anduin gets crowned king and becomes the new King of Stormwind.
Trolling aside, I kinda think something like this will happen by the end of Cataclysm. It's fairly obvious that the instigators of the coming war between the Alliance and Horde are Varian and Garrosh, so a possible scenario I foresee is the other racial leaders (of each faction) start to think that Varian/Garrosh are going too far in the war to the point that it may ruin them, and proceed to remove them from power.
It could be a whole quest event similar to the Battle for the Undercity, except it'd be Stormwind/Orgrimmar. But yeah, basically, Jaina/Thrall lead a force to remove Varian/Garrosh from power, they succeed. Thrall takes back the position of Warchief, and Prince Anduin is crowned (again) the King of Stormwind. But this time as it's full-on King instead of a figurehead. Thus ending the majority conflict between the Alliance and the Horde and both focus on Deathwing or whatever other coming threat.
Probably not in the case of Wrynn, Garrosh though, sure go ahead.

Who be Morrigan?
He's making fun of the game Dragon Age: Origins. In it, it is possible to have sex with a female companion named Morrigan (if your male) and before the final battle she will propose to carry your child and save you from dying (the one to strike the killing blow on the enemy commander will die) but u will never see your child. Evah.
