Reading. It's your friend.Oh that. Ok, I'll do this: Morals are still tied even if they're negative.
What is the nine hells are you blabbing about?
X is not Y.
You see that statement? Does X have to have any ties to Y for that to be true? No. Duh.
You're not making any sense.

You're not making any sense.Yeah. I'm just like you! How does that feel?
Actually logic make perfect sense.
A dog is not a unicorn.
The holocaust was not wrong absolutely.
If neither unicorns nor absolute morals exist, then by your argument you can't say either of those statements.

There are people who think that holocaust was bad. There's nothing to stop them from thinking holocaust was bad. Ergo, I can't say holocaust wasn't absolutely bad.
Do you not know what the word absolutely means?

Yes, you just essentially said "there are no absolutes, therefore I can't say X is not an absolute."
That makes no sense.

People can think holocaust was bad and holocaust wasn't bad. There's nothing to determine that all people think holocaust was bad or wasn't bad. Everybody can bring their view in, but afterall they're just as right as the opposing people.
Therefore, the holocaust was not absolutely wrong.

If we have no morals and there are no absolutes, then it is merely the person that holds the most power that decides what is right and wrong. If there are no absolutes in life, and no one has any moral qualms about anything, then if I have the power to enforce my beliefs upon you, then why shouldn't I?
But wait, is gravity not an absolute? Is it not proven by physics that the terminal velocity of a falling object on earth is -32 ft/sec
no matter its position on earth
? I could say that if I dropped an object from a high enough position that it would either crash into the ground before reaching a terminal velocity of -32 ft/sec OR that it would reach its terminal velocity and shortly afterwords crash into the ground. Is that not an absolute? I am 100% correct in my statement. Science has proven me to be correct. It is an absolute.
THEREFORE absolutes do exist, correct?

My point was that absolutes SHOULD exist so such horrible things do not happen.
THEREFORE absolutes do exist, correct?Just because I think santa's true doesn't make him true. And there's still nothing to stop someone from thinking that killing, robbing and stealing are right while all altruism is wrong.
Why did you ignore my part about gravity? Did I not prove that absolutes do indeed exist? Santa is not an absolute, obviously.
Honestly, this is all going to boil down to how someone was raised and what their religious views are and that will decide whether or not they believe in absolutes and morals.

Yes, you
refuse
to acknowledge the consequent.

You're confusing moral absolutes with absolute truth. Just because you disagree that the former exists doesn't necessitate that you don't believe in the latter.

No, there are actually lots of people who think holocaust was bad.
Except did I ask you what they thought? No.
I asked you if it was absolutely wrong.

refuse
to acknowledge my answer.

You obviously don't understand what absolute means, and apparently don't care enough to find out.
