Behold, the reason this discussion is now pointless.
Elaborate, please.
The topic is about kicking noobs, not newbs. The two terms have different meanings (even though some people will claim otherwise).
A noob, is a generally bad player. They have enough experience in the game to know how things work, yet still choose to perform below the standard. It doesn't always refer to a player's damage output/healing/tanking, but can also address their behaviour. An example is being a 'ninja', when loot rules have been agreed upon beforehand, or an 'elitist' rudely demanding unfeasable criteria to be met to breathe the same virtual air as him*.
A newb is a player that is inexperienced, or new. They are unfamiliar with the mechanics of the game, group ettiquette and strategies. Newbs will generally try to improve. You offer them help, they will usually take it, assuming you offer it politely.
Now for the reason the topic is pointless; kicking someone who can't conform to standard group ettiquette (ie a noob), is an option any sensible person would do.
*Wanting to group with people of the same gear level as you is not elitist, no matter how high the benchmark is set. Putting other people down, for not meeting the criteria, is what makes you 'elitist'.

The entire debate is based on the shaky premise that elitists kick newbs. Elitists kick
noobs
not
newbs
Oh, but you're wrong. They insult & kick the newbies too. Most don't even know there's a difference (anyone who doesn't know = tard, /kick).
I have been grouped with Prot Paladins in the RDF who weren't even using Righteous Fury. Are you kidding me?It's very easy to miss. Swapping dual-spec may remove the buff (it does for DKs, at least), and the only feedback Palas & DKs get on whether they're in tanking stance is one little buff icon. Just tell them they forgot it, and spare your heart the pressure.
