Call me crazy, but... I'll rez people pretty much regardless. If they don't wanna run, I don't see a reason to make them run.

BAD necromancer , BAD BOY! I do hereby revoke your topic resurrection privileges (unofficially) . Oh, and if you're a paladin you have to do a quest (
Tome of Divinity
)

If I die for some odd reason (usually not my fault, I am pretty good about that), I'll release and start walking back to the instance. I'll take my time in hopes for a rez, but I don't care about running back.
My big pet peeve is those people who whine for a rez, even though the healer died, and has to walk back. It's the most annoying thing. And definitely worth of a good kick.

It takes less time and less mana and we can get going much faster if everyone ghosts back when the party either wipes or all rezzers die.
This. It was said earlier, but in a 5man wipe, it takes 3+ minutes for the healer to run back, minimum 40sec to rez everyone, the healer has to drink for around 30sec, buff up, and drink again (sometimes). If everyone runs back, you're done at step 1.
