No sancuary city for cataclysm

There will not be a sancuary city (shattrath/dalaran) in cataclysm. I think its a shame to not have one since it brought a lot of people together. It will be like back in the vanilla days where people stayed in og or stormwind only. Dalaran is a bit far from the content raids of cataclysm since there is no definite zone.
Mainly addressed to lore-peeps, where could a sancuary city exist within cataclysm? or is it impossible to have one inside EK or kalimdor?
Nope no cities. There is not going to be one when the are in a war...
And Blizzard had complaints from lag and framerate issues.

It's fine with me. If it's split up between the factions you'll get less lag. Plus since they're concentrating on the old world, they want to bring everyone back.
However, not all of the cities will be populated. For Alliance, it'll probably be SW and IF (as usual), maybe Darn for the Kalimdor zones. And for Horde, probably UC and Org. Maybe TB.
