About as hard as you to understand that your statement is simply an OPINION and not a fact. It is a shared opinion with Blizzard development team, but again, still just an opinion. The atomic number of hydrogen is 1. This is a fact and can be proven by clear, concise logic using the definition of the term atomic number. Rogues were over powered is an opinion because the definition of over powered is also an opinion. Even the definition used by Blizzard development is still, an opinion. Because they get to monkey with the mechanics their opinion carries more weight in the end, however, it does not change the issue of it simply being an opinion.

Are you incapable of reading graphs? Can you somehow not go to WoL or WMO yourself? FACT. Not opinion. Period.
I refuse to engage in the idiocy of a semantic argument over the definition of the term overpowered.
Suffice to say that you are wrong, and I am not, as always.

I like to think of Ele shammies as being OP. They probably increase the raid dps more than any other class and by a tremendous amount. If you were to add the amount of dps they add to a raid to their own dps instead, you're looking a total of over 20,000-25,000 dps? If you add up a rogue's dps with savage combat, it's maybe 17,000 total? So an ele shammy brings 20-25,000 dps, but a rogue brings 17,000 pre nerf and that's acceptable?
Just trying to put things into perspective as collective effort in a raid.

Compare Druid and rogue......................... I´ll wait............................................. ok, did you already compared?
If yes then you should find out that Druids are Hybrids and can do any of the roles (Damage melee, range, heal, tank)....
Ok let´s take a look to Rogue..... i see only two weapons with no heal, no 50k hp, no 20k armor....
WE ARE DPS class, and wil be ONLY TOP dps class... We aren´t OP.
We focus only on clear DPS... Hope you found the difference.
Your idiocy astounds me. Congrats.

Ippon why is it op if one class that is meant to do only one thing, do it the best? why arent the majority of players rogues then? im not trying to start a flame war or anything. im just attempting to understand why someone who plays the class that is considered op, and then says it. btw there was a lock at the top of that graph as well. rogues have a harder time out dpsing a moving target against a caster or what have you. is it op that the caster can out dps the OP dps class if there are movements involved?Mages, Hunters, Warlocks, and Rogues all only do one thing. We were doing it 20+% better than they were. If you can't see the obvious discrepancy there, I don't know what to tell you.

In an ideal world, sure, but that level of fine-tuning is exceptionally difficult to achieve. Every class scales differently, and getting that perfect "pures are equal, hybrids are 3% behind them" spread is not a very realistic goal.
As long as everyone lands in the same 5% band when specced for DPS I think that's about all you can ask for. There are currently a few classes that are still outside that (ele shamans and boomkins come to mind, and SPs before their recent buffs), but overall I think the game is in a decent spot at the moment.
I'm not personally happy that I got nerfed, and then my dagger and trinket nerfed all in the span of a few days, but I was fully aware that something was going to change with the way 3.3 launched.
