Lore:
Once a knight of Demacia, Romec was heavily respected by his fellow soldiers and peers - including the Might of Demacia, Garen. He was a vicious fighter and one of those most determined to see Noxus destroyed. After several successful battles in which he all but led the Demacian forces to victory Romec was given command of his own battalion. Following a tip from their intelligence unit he led his troops into the Shurima Dessert, where every last one of them vanished without a trace. A few scouting parties were sent to try and locate at least traces of them, but none returned successful.
Then one year later Romec appeared at the League of Legends, still very much alive but with a mad grin plastered on his face. Summoner attempts to read his mind left them in pain, some going temporarily insane in a way not even the Void could make one. Because of this he was turned away, but Romec lashed out at the Summoners and began slaughtering them, laughing a crazed laugh and occasionally stopping to joke or sing about the massacre. He avoided capture for several minutes because of some strange ability of his to ignore the laws of physics. He was finally subdued and for his deeds was sentenced to fight on the Fields of Justice for all eternity – which suited him just fine.
“We all know the Void lurks outside this world, but what lurks outside the Void? Hmm, Summoner?” – Romec
Observation:
Romec is kept under close surveillance, due to his actions when he first arrived here and since all attempts by Summoners to keep him locked away have proved utterly futile. His Demacian armor is in good condition, but is stained with blood and sand to the point the colors have been altered to deep reds and brows. His hair is long, dark, and untamed, falling over his eyes and shoulders but not concealing the insane grin permanently plastered on his face. His sword is double-edged, but that does not stop him from precariously resting it between his neck and shoulder plates.
He walks with a spring to his steps, as if moving to some tune in his dead, and somehow manages to reach anywhere he wants to be in optimal time without ever moving faster than that. He converses with any he runs into wandering the halls– putting them all on edge, even Malzahar – but when he does so he doesn’t seem to be… speaking to them. It is almost as if he is addressing a Summoner that is controlling even the Summoners…
Voice – Deep, spoken from the back of the throat, either joyful or annoyed at all times.
Selected:
“You won’t regret this, I promise.”
Movement/Attacking:
“OoooOooo! Fun!
“About time…”
“Alright!”
“Goin’ to it!”
“Prepare your health bar!”
“Go! Go! Go!”
“Did you use that map to move?”
“Wow, you’re actually doing something!”
“Wait! I think my life is low!”
“Pwn those noobs!”
“Are you TRYING to feed?”
Idle:
“This is a good way to get ganked, you know…”
“Hey, hey, heyyou! Hey, hey, hey; move me.”
“Your team is dying! Don’t you see the ping? MOVE!”
“Don’t tell me you’re AFK…”
“Do something!”
“Can’t… Move… Summoner… Is noob…”
Joke:
“YOUR FACE!”
“In Militaristic Noxus, I STILL beat you!”

“Can’t touch THIS!”
“What’s that? You think you’re going to win? BWAHAHA!”

“BWAHAHAHAHEHHEHHEHHAHA! That’s funny…”
Death:
“Feeding… Noob…”
Playing As:
Judge situations carefully to see if What Terrain? or Sorry, Was That Supposed To Hurt? is the best option, you may only have one chance to escape.
Attack speed is a must, but damage should not be forgotten either.
Try to save In Yo Face! for carry Champions with low health or armor, this will both remove them from the fight for a short while and damage them fairly well.
Cooldown reduction items do not reduce the ammount of time required to wait to use What Terrain? abd Sorry, Was That Supposed To Hurt? after each other.
Playing Against:
Although it can seem tempting to use stuns or fears to stop Romec from dealing damage while using In Yo Face! try to save them to prevent his escape after he disengages from his target.
Be careful about letting minions near turrets if Romec is around, he may use this as an oppertunity to deal some hefty damage to you with your own units.
Thornmail is extremely effective against Romec, try to get it early.
Romec is a very close range character, Champions with longer range can be used to kite him if he is not careful.
