1493 elo now.. GG.
Wow. People love choosing Jayce against my Singed.
Second or third, btw.
How well does that work out for them?
I got ganked at least 3 times and died twice. I proceeded to catch up after I died at level one against my "counter" (I tower threw him, as a ranged damage dealer, and forced him out of lane) then roamed for an age without much benefit (one kill and a dragon, not too bad) then got ganked a third time (second gank failed because I baited both of them into my team who were doing blue) and died and lost the tower. I then proceeded to hardcore roam and helped feed my fed AD carry even more while picking up a total of 7 kills (I cleaned two kills by myself after my tower fell and a huge teamfight erupted).
All in all, a great way to get +20 elo.
Edit: Jayce *can* beat a Singed pretty handily but is inferior to Teemo imo.

I removed and reposted this 'cause I don't like double posting.

Lore:
The DSS Excursion had not been expecting what they encountered. The ship had been armed to fight pirates and other would-be-marauders that sought the goods the ships carried. Instead, they found themselves attacked by the undead. Fleshless spirits rose from the ocean and stormed their way onto the boat with ethereal hooves. They viciously attacked the crew and murdering each and every last one of them, all to have their spirits taken into the horrendous, unliving service of a dark figure who boarded the ship shortly after his minions; an ethereal centaur armored for war. Lionel cut through the undead, attempting to bring the fight to the conjurer of these ghosts and cut off the head of the snake, but he was weighed down by the seemingly-endless ghosts of foe and former-friend alike. With his last breath, he begged the dark forces of the nearby Shadow Isles to grant him revenge.
And the Isles granted his wish. By an unholy force not of the centaur’s doing, he was brought back into the living world as a creature of bone and soul; embodying not only his revenge, but the revenge of the near-countless number of souls whose lives the centaur-ghost had taken. But the target of Lionel’s revenge had already departed, he and his spirits leaving the tattered remains of the ship and its cargo to slowly sink to the bottom of the ocean. With the hatred of hundreds upon thousands of ghosts moving him along, Lionel pursued him as quickly as he could, stomping his way across the bottom of the ocean towards the coast of Valoran. The chase continued for miles and miles, months seemingly without end, until all of Demacia saw the formerly living man standing at the gates of the Institute of War. The undead captain entered into the League, sensing his quarry to be near.
“If vengeance had a form, it would be Lionel... So, perhaps, it now does.”
Overview:
As is fitting of his title, Lionel is now nothing more than a fleshless, bloodless skeleton. His eye sockets glow with icy blue-colored light, and in his hollow chest cavity, floating behind his exposed and chalk-white ribs, resides an orb of the same blue-colored light. The lights seem to be an indicator of his mood: when enraged they flare up, becoming brighter and taking on the appearance of cold flames; when calm they become dimmer, losing their intensity and becoming soothing to look upon. At least that is the speculation; because no one has ever seen him calm.
His old clothing still hangs from his body, but it has been torn and shredded to tatters. His vest and shirt especially have been rendered completely pointless; the sleeves missing up to the shoulders and the chest absent, allowing full view of his ribcage. His pants, loosely held up by a rotting, leather belt, have been shredded up to the knees and have, like his boots and gloves, holes in them to reveal more of the bone underneath. The only things that are intact on his person are his hat – which’s color has been faded and mottled into a nearly-black state – and his two cutlasses, both of which shine as if they had never been tarnished in their entire existence.
Voice – Furious, angry, and strong. Always refers to self as “we” or “us”.
Selection:
“FALL! They will fall before us and perish like DOGS!”
Movement/Attacking:
“We sense fools near.”
“Our hatred shall be unleashed!”
“DOGS!”
“WEAKLINGS!”
“CORPSES!”
“DEATH to our ENEMIES!”
“Our RAGE shall have an outlet.”
“Their lives are now FORFIT!”
Taunt:
“You cannot run, SO STAND AND DIE!”
“The hatred of a thousand and more souls; WHAT FORCE IS GREATER?”
Joke:
“I-we-us-them-you… ugh, would kill for some pronouns...”
“YAARR! What do you mean that’s taken?”
Killing Hecarim:
“WE ARE NOT FINISHED WITH YOU! STAND TO DIE ONCE MORE!”
"Your death was too quick... IT WILL BE REPEATED!"
Playing As:
Together, your slowing abilities can all but stop an enemy’s movement. Try to apply as many to high-priority targets as possible.
Even if you do not engage in battle, try to stay near fights to prevent your Fury levels from decreasing.
Stunned and suppressed enemies can be pulled towards you by Grasping Reckoning’s effect, however snared, rooted, and entangled enemies will not be moved.
Playing Against:
Ghost and Flash can help you escape from Lionel if you find his slows are too overwhelming.
Lionel is relatively light and is very susceptible to burst damage if he cannot escape quickly.
Always keep moving when Lionel uses his alt to avoid being pulled towards him.
Possible Skins:
Classic Lionel: See above description.
Rotting Lionel: Some bones are covered up by rotting flesh, giving him the appearance of a regular zombie.
Ocean’s Depths Lionel: Lionel’s clothing is replaced by seaweed, barnacles, coral formations, and shells, and his swords are slightly brown-orange with rust.
Chinese Release:
His clothes would be intact, and completely hide his skeletal form – his skull hidden in a shadow cast by his hat. His name could be altered to “The Undead’s Rage”. NOTE: This is based on my understanding of Chinese culture via the changes made to the undead in World of Warcraft. If I am mistaken in thinking this change would be necessary for him to be allowed in that region, please correct me.
What do you think?

No. Teemo isn't the most difficult lane for a Singed. I would say it may be a competent Kayle.

Makes sense. I hate how she can turn into such a powerful ranged to so quickly to pick me off, is OP is what it is!

Well it's more how she literally counters the entire existence of Singed, but w/e. A lot of the Singed counters have $%^& lategames....except for Kayle.

Just played Rengar for first time in Bot match. He's really, REALLY fun! The leap is awesome if you get into a scuffle in he bushes, and his Combo Point-style rescource system is super manageable. All in all; I'm now torn between him and Syndra.
He's fun to play. I hate everyone who jungles him though, haven't met a single person who does it right. Then again I hated Katarina cause everyone playing her were retards but lately Lombax has been playing her and he's awesome, so.
I REALLY need to find the time to play more games with you guys. I may not have a good mic, but I can still type fast and listen to you guys over Skype.
EDIT: Also trying to completely redesign
Latradectus
' ultimate. Any suggestions?
Disregard.

Radius of Effect: 700
(Active) Piercing Spines – Omen shoots one of the spines on his shoulder, tethered to him by a fleshy cord, out in a line. The spine damage and sticks into the first enemy it comes into contact with. Lore:
Omen’s very base origins are a mystery, some speculate even to itself. Rumors about the creature circulate endlessly, but there are only a few facts that can be agreed upon. It was first seen in passing glances but never for more than half a second, then, one say, the creature inexplicably approached a group of architects and Summoners were working on reshaping a part of the chamber that had collapsed, the creature approached them and began to… speak. It introduced itself rather politely as Omen, and humbly requested admission into the League. During his League Judgment, however, it became painfully clear to the Summoners that Omen’s intentions were far from as polite as his original manner had indicated.
His thoughts were consumed with visions of blood and gore, the victims in these imagines ranging from people he had first spoken with to those he had met only minutes before. The charade having run its course, Omen let his manner slip back into a bloodlust-like zeal, that even the most brutal of the League’s champions could not hope to match, with a genius-level intellect to back it. The Summoners debated heavily on whether or not the creature could be allowed admission, and it was grudgingly decided upon that, with the inclusion of a new Field of Justice and the predicted addition of more in the future, the League needed more champions to fill them. Warily, they admitted Omen as a Champion; albeit one on a short leash.
“Thank you for your consideration and admittance to this glorious performance of blood, bone, gore and slaughter. I assure you, these bouts will never be the same.”
-Omen, upon his admission into the League.
Overview:
Skin of dark crimson and eyes glowing orange like flames, that is what characterizes Omen’s physical appearance at first glance. If one can pull their attention away from his ear-to-ear grin they will see the spines protruding from his back and tail lining up to be fired at them. The elaborate tattoos on his body suggest that he has had interaction with some form of intelligent creature before, but whether it was a being known to the civilized world, another of Omen’s own kind, or a new and even more disturbing creature is unknown. The creature’s physical appearance does not seem to correlate with any adaptations to living in a volcano – even a dormant one – which only lends itself to the mystery of where, exactly, Omen’s origins lie.
Omen’s intelligence comes as a shock to all who encounter him, especially if they have witnessed his love for pointless violence and wanton slaughter. Omen is rarely seen in civilized land; but it seems that whenever a pair of champions known for hostility towards one another meet in the wilderness Omen is always there, watching them with malicious interest. There are reports that he also spends his time away from the Fields of Justice tormenting the wildlife of Valoran and, according to some rumors, any of the humanoid populace that strays too far from the comfort of their towns.
Voice – Slightly deep, has a slight drag (similar to Raven from the Teen Titans cartoon).
Selection:
“Muhahahaha! Let the games begin!”
Movement/Attacking:
“Oh the wondrous joys of violence.”
“The sanguine wash upon the battlefield, it is beautiful, is it not?”
“Ah, how I await our next marvelous confrontation.”
“A battle is afoot!”
“Another GLORIOUS battle waits!”
“Blood boils, all the warmer to have spill upon the ground.”
“Enough delays; let me tear them apart!”
“What will break first? I’m betting your skull!”
“Delicious ultraviolence; yet it is still oh so little…”
“The anticipation is KILLING ME! Hahaha!”
“Life is too short to not spend killing.”
“YES, always the very best of violence!”
Activating Jovial Violence:
"Show me your bloodlust! Show me your ferocity!"
“HAHAHAHAHAHA, YES! Now the fun TRULY BEGINS!”
Taunt:
Omen rears up onto his hind legs and points forward with his left paw, then rubs the palms of his forepaw together “Do you wish to know why I am called ‘Omen’? Heheheheheheheh…”
Omen rears up onto his hind legs and points forward with his left paw, then rubs the palms of his forepaw together “You call THAT inflicting suffering? Allow me demonstrate it’s REALLY done!”
Joke:
Omen opens his mouth and a purple tongue licks his lips “Can you feel the schadenfreude?”
Omen opens his mouth and a purple tongue licks his lips “Only the insane equate pain with success; and we areall mad here. Heheheh”
Death:
“Oh, if it were so simple… Heheheh”
“Yes; glorious suffering!”
Playing As:
Attack speed will help you keep your Grin charges up high if there are few large battles around.
Needle Onslaught can be used both offensively and as an escape method, and is useful in both situations.
Jovial Violence can be extended by using the Jungle.
Playing Against:
If you are struck by one of Omen’s Piercing Spines run away as quickly as possible to avoid being pulled toward Omen and his allies.
Be wary of Omen when chasing him or if he turns around while pursuing.
Possible Skins:
Classic Omen: See above description.
Void Omen: Color scheme switches to black and purple, eyes now light green in color.
