Original orc architecture was much different, like Garadar.
And this isn't that much like this
Isn't it? I notice the similarities between them.
And it doesn't make since in terms of Garrosh, since this emo spent his whole life in nagrand with the clay huts and wooden and leather structures around him, so the moment he moves to northrend, he has a desire to make hellfire citadel 2?

I like it. It says "We are Horde. Just try and attack us."
But my argument is, don't you think there should be a line drawn between warfair, and homestead?
To make orgrimmar into what warsong hold looked like, would be like people in the second world war turning there homes into bunkers and forts.
The whole thing with orgrimmar, despite it being a warrior city, is that it has (had) a charm to it that made it feel like 'home'. There was nothing homie about warsong hold, it was purely a fortress used for warfair, thats it.Well, honestly, with King Chin out there, I'd much rather keep my family in New Org than Current Org. The plating can be dismantled once the treaties are signed.
Think of it this way (from a Lord of the Rings standpoint)...
Edoras would be much more comfortable and charming a place to live in than Helm's Deep, but which would your rather be in when the enemy comes to kill your children?
Although, I definitely will remain wary. I did note the similarity to Hellfire Citadel and Blackrock Spire the first time I saw it.

In a time of endless war, I'd favor fortification over warm and cozy.

i think it throws the orcs back to when they were corrupted, and i for one dont like it, but i agree with gnaeus. BTW since garrosh is taking over the horde, wheres thrall going?

from all evidense said, Thrall is going to be appearing across azeroth at critical moments, such as mount hyjal alongside malfurion to battle Ragni.
Frankly, I don't like it.. well its awesome that Thrall will be taking direct action in this cataclysm... it just screams martyr to me, like in Thrall NOT being warchief, blizzard could do some story of Thrall sacrificing himself to save Azeroth, and leaving us with nothing but regret and Garrosh and a burning hatred for blizzard.
And trust me. I would delete all my characters and remove myself from wow in an instant if they were to happen.

Which is reacting way too harshly... and I really doubt there going to kill Thrall. I swear, you just enjoy borrowing trouble.
Edit: And you wonder how the trolls get you Tauren lol.

so he's giving the reins of the horde to an orc who would rush headlong into a fight without thinking about what will happen, and becoming a hobo, in a sense?

He is out there saving children with Cairne. Also I don't think that Garrosh would do that. He being the Warchief is a way to develop a little more his character. I like the idea of Garrosh putting the war in WARchief. We still have to wait and see what will happen in Cata

Trolling? How was I trolling, I was giving a genuine fact about what would happen should things go that way. When all possibilities are on the table and you end up thinking the worst ones, most would want to discuss such a thing.

Not you trolling, I said 'How they get you'. Seriously, your jumping to conclusions with only a quarter of the information at the moment.

oh right right right, sorry Adam.
Though with only knowing a quarter of the facts, it does make people jump to conclusions. and well I could just sit and wait to see what happens, well my brains been pushed into 4th gear with all thoughts and possibilities, many of them which I don't like the sound of.
You know of course, if something would happen to Thrall I'd be serious on what I said, I said to same to my guildies too and other online friends. If the game and story doesn't have the characters I admire so much to keep it whole, then it would just be a souless experience for me to carry on pretending to be happy.
Still, all remains to be seen, like you say with only 1/4 the facts out there, nobody knows what will happen. This is more a 'for instance..'

I want to fixate on a part of Garrosh's anatomy the way we do on King Varchinan Wrynn, but can't find anything funny on him. :(
Well Garrosh is a rageaholic, so something along those lines.

I can't take Garrosh being in charge. Garrosh is a retard. Good-bye Horde hello Alliance.

I got to agree with chilargar. I'm #$%^ed off greatly too by Garrosh becoming warchief, but I still have so much more love for the horde that having my warchief replaced by this asshat don't make me faction change.
fact is, if blizzard were to replace thrall with garrosh (what there doing) and then kill thrall with some bullcrap twist of 'garrosh has found redemption so now he's thrall 2' then I'd stop playing altogether
