My guess? Hell no. The Alliance loses three ports if Varian ever kills Jaina without a good reason. Varian is too smart for him to ever consider this. Something we have to remember is that Varian isn't a monster - to some of you (who're taking the lore entirely too seriously), he is, but we aren't talking about Garrosh here. Varian would need a damn good reason to kill one of his own, even if it is only a political ally.
*cough*

I was saying what would happen
if
Varian were to kill Jaina. Not that he would. In addition to the whole strength of character argument, I'm explaining how it's not smart politically.
1. He saved her with the Skybreaker, yes. Like I said, he wouldn't kill her.
2. Like I said, he didn't kill her, so your point makes no sense.
3. Thrall is definitely not immune to getting $%^&ed. See: Taretha. He tore Blackmoore a new one after that.
4. The families of the people of Theramore are a)Forsaken, b)Scourge, or c)in Theramore. They wouldn't have to fight them. They're be fighting the people who killed their savior without good reason.
5. Theramore isn't neutral as far as I know, but it's not hostile to the Horde. Functionally, it's an Alliance port.
6. This reason is exactly why the original Alliance of Lordaeron couldn't kill Aiden Perenolde.

If you get to close to a guard, they attack you.
Lore =/= game mechanics.
Lorewise, I can speak common. In game, I can't.

If you get to close to a guard, they attack you.Like Patty said, that's mostly game-mechanics.
And you're dodging the point. If Theramore seceded from the Alliance, the Alliance would be out a port.
This reason is exactly why the original Alliance of Lordaeron couldn't kill Aiden Perenolde.
I thought I heard is some where before. It was in Tides of Darkness.

Population of Theramore, according to Lands of Mystery:
Population: 12,000 (42% human, 15% night elf, 12% Ironforge dwarf, 8% high elf, 5% gnome,
4% ogre, 3% orc, 3% tauren, 3% jungle troll, 3% black dragonflight, 2% Forsaken
.)
And then there's Brackenwall Village:
Daelin’s loyalists harass Brackenwall, but Jaina keeps her own troops reined in. Most of the Horde members here try to trade with Theramore peacefully, but there are a few that organize groups to attack travelers.
And on the people of Theramore's attitude towards Jaina:
Most of the people of Theramore see her as their savior, since they know that if they had remained in Lordaeron they would now likely belong to the Scourge or the Forsaken. A couple heavy events have served to transform Jaina from a girl to a woman: the fates of her father and of her best friend from childhood. We avoided discussion of Arthas, but it was clear he was still on her mind — she probably blames herself for being unable to stop his descent into madness. That all being said, I think she can handle the strain of leadership — she has certainly risen to the difficulties of controlling an entire region. She probably needs more help than she’s getting, though, and I hope she finds it soon.

Although there are those few who try and rileup the people to an offensive with the Horde.

Move the Jaina/Theramore talk to my dying Jaina thread!
Revive her!

Although there are those few who try and rileup the people to an offensive with the Horde.Yup, and on the Deserters:
Several groups of those loyal to Daelin Proudmoore have taken over abandoned towers and barracks nearby and show open contempt toward others. I suspect they would be just as aggressive toward the people of Theramore as they are toward the Horde if they had the numbers.
And in the original Warcraft RPG, page 199:
When skirmishes break out between high elves and night elves or Alliance veteran decide to settle old debts upon an orc visiting the city, the guards are quick to round up the offenders for a speedy trial at the Foothold Citadel and imprisonment in Ironclad Prison, the dungeons of which are along tunnels dug deep into the rock of the island.

lol, same old Darkton.
Passed off all "good the Horde has done in the past" you say?
You mean like the defiled human corpses he saw in Undercity, or how they enslaved him and forcing him to fight when he did not know who he was? Or what about assassinating the Prince of Stromgarde?
And who could forget how the Horde thought it would be fun to sink that Northrend fleet for no reason?
So sickening...
1: Forsaken
2: Shame really, because we know the alliance has never done anything like that.. oh wait..
3: Had it coming, would have used his sword of kill trolls, which he already did
4: Forsaken again
Seriously, you keep pretending your sweet alliance is clean and spotless and completely justified, you just tighten that little bubble your in dark.
Still, I didn't expect much else. Trolling is as trolling does.

Both sides have their clean and dirty (figuratively, no dwarf jokes here) races. Forsaken=Dirty, Tauren=Clean. Gnomes=Dirty Draenei=Clean.
Neither side is better than the other

Neither side is better than the otherQFT.
But that's not what most Alliance would have you believe.

Time of the second war, Alliance was better than Horde. That time is long passed.
Both factions are fail now.
All glory to the Murlocs.
....You're fail .-.-
