All the numbers you need are on the front page, it's not hard at all for anyone to check where desired weapon is ranked.
Ofcourse it's good that you mention them since it gives Quest a heads up that they're not listed.

I may be tweaking haste/ArP in the future and giving a stat for 10 and 25man in each weapons box.
But I need a standardized 10man buff list everyone can agree on. 25 man is easy Ill just put in everything. Right now the only things I include are 10% AP and kings modifiers.

Is

any good?
Better or worse than the Citadel Enforcer?

Luckly I'm feeling generous rather than snarky, so I've gone ahead and done the math
that you could have easily done yourself using the values at the top of the thread.
3.5 weapon speed = 4200
267.3 weapon DPS = 148084
188 str (assuming proper socketing)= 18800
95 crit = 5700
76 exp = 6308
Total: 183092
I didn't look at the total for whatever other weapon it was you were asking about to compare it to this weapon. I really, really, hope you don't need me to do that step for you.

ugh, that's way lower than Citadel's Enforcer.

Nvm, I tried the math myself and got something very close to Citadel. I guess it depends if I need Hit or Expertise.

Yes, list assumes youre not capped, else there is a good chance you should either regear to make it fit in, or find another weapon.
So, 10man buffs, what can we agree on people?
10% AP
Kings
15% str
? haste buffs ? <- why im even considering changing *!@#
?
?

I wouldn't *count* on having a melee haste buff in a raid. Death Knights don't go in for the talent unless they specifically do so for their raid, and having an enhancement shaman is rare. Having any kind of shaman can be rare, but resto and ele are probably going to go for a Wrath of Air totem instead, unless specifically asked to, and then it's only going to be a 16% haste buff.
I also don't know if I'd trust the 10% AP buff, either. Blood is not the best DK DPS spec right now, I'm pretty sure, enhancement shamans are still rare, and MM is only a good hunter spec at high levels of gear.
Keep in mind haste automatically has a 3% buff because you have a ret paladin in your raid.
Kings is probably pretty sure. How many raids only have one paladin?

For ICC Im going to say 2 paladins average 1 DK average 1/2 a shammy average 1/2 a hunter etc.
I possibly might go the easy path and just do a 25 man version and keep current numbers as 10man general.

This is probably dumb, but couldn't you stick a 'if buff x, slap multiplier y on stat z' notice on the numbers? Or does every number have to change when one of them does?
Edit: Just thought of another reason the melee haste buff might be rare. There's a couple fights in ICC where a nature res totem would be worth putting down if there weren't hunters available. That would conflict, as well.

Id do that if this were EJ, I'd have fomulas up all over the place and even be inclined to do some Theck-like matlab work....but these people can barely ready stickies as is. Gotta make it simple :P

For your buffs I would think that the 10% Ap buff and Kings would be in most 10m set ups. There is always going to be a pally in the group not having one is very rare. And the 10% Ap buff comes from Blood DK,MM Hunters, and Warrior (not sure if it has to do with there spec). Having atlease one of the three should be pretty common.

Not warriors. Enhancement shamans.

I would say having at least one paladin
better
be common. =D
Im leaning on just making a 25m version and having what is currently up as a the 10m counterpart.
