Heh, could be worse, he could be proposing to have kids as accessories as so many famous stars do.
If you were offered to choose between:
a) 18-years as a slave who takes orders from some sort of narcissist
b) Death
I think you would choose the first option.
So, they should be raised by loveless parents who ignore them, trot them out like so many toys to impress people, and as they grow older, get involved with drugs/booze/other unsavory activities... or die. Considering, most of those 'adoptions' are reversed after a year, and the child is sent back to their home country anyways, only now it's going home after learning nothing from their 'new family' beyond how to be a spoiled little snot, which makes them die that much faster.
Oh well, could be worse: Could be the slave trade that goes on for Caribbean children. Where under the guise of 'adoption' these children are put to work as house cleaners and slaves.
As for your response about the 'child rapist' word of advice, learn a subject before you start mouthing off. And if you are an american, you have no right to say that 'your culture is better then theirs', at least over their protecting people better then they do in the States, or do you just happen to ignore the amount of rape/murder and other things that occur in the social service system after these children get dumped into it?

Ok...
I derailed this thread I guess.
Shouldn't have gone this way but I think I made a mistake by not thinking some things thoroughly.
And I'm not a troll.
There was an argument that people who choose not to have kids, aren't selfish because having kids would be bad for overpopulated world which can't handle any more people.
I can say that these people aren't selfish if they give all the money they save from not having kids to developing countries. But they don't give any money
because they are selfish
. Instead they party and buy things for their own comfort.
So its a person's duty to use all their money they made through working and give it all to to the people who will spend it on things that won't improve their life at all?
Oh and by the way the internet is something for your own comfort, you could get by without it. Why are you still using it?

Every choice is inherently selfish. People are selfish. One form of selfishness is only more 'right' than another form if you put it in the context of a moral framework.
So, echoing Hyper's call for a reply to his question, what makes not having kids less 'right' in its selfishness than having kids?

So its a person's duty to use all their money they made through working and give it all to countries where it most likely will go to a corrupt government or to the people who will spend it on things that won't improve their life at all?
This is a pretty bad arguement TBH. Corrupt government. Hmm I don't know, work to get it removed?
"Or to the people who will spend on things that won't improve their life at all?" What are you talking about? This is one of the most vague arguements I've ever read.
