The Ring of Valor is not very kind to Aff's Warlocks. Doting and LoS kiting is a big strong point for Aff. RoV just makes it harder.
As Destro I would Shadowfury the other team right from the start :P then drop my portal. I loved RoV as Destro; no one LoSing your Immo, RLS rocks RoV!
For Warlocks many times you must choose between a pet or a Portal. as you cannot drop your portal on the platform.
Dropping your behind a pillar hoping to LoS port is trashed when the pillar goes down. Putting our portal on a pillar is nice vs. melee thought.
Most of my losses for my Lock / Resto Druid team come from Warrior / healer in the RoV. IDK Warrior / healer are hard as it is but without a pillar to avoid charges or a portal at the start it just hurts.
Charge > MS > Bladestorm (no portal)= dead lock
I have tried to start with a VW for the Bubble but is not going to stop SkillStorm
What has stoped you warrior in the RoV form raping us locks? I need help

So, 24 hours and nobody is willing to own up to the murder of helpless Aff Warlocks in the RoV by the ways of skillstorm?
Last night I had 3 RoVs pop up.
I tried to start with the VW in RoV just in case it was a warrior team. NOPE!
It was two Mage / Priest teams and one Mage / Destro team. VW shield was useless. So I had to feldom a puppy form the start. leaving me with no portal and no feldom all do to the need for VW bubble do to off chance I end up globled by BladeStrom.
We won one time vs Mage / Priest.

It's not Charge, it's Intercept, has a 30 sec cd, and req's a stance dance to berserker, so if you pay attention to the face that appears above the warrior you will see it comming. Charge can't be used in combat unless you're prot. And Intercept has to be used in berserker unless you're prot. And prot don't have Mortal Strike or Bladestorm. And berserker increases the damage the warrior takes. So save your freakin death coil till you see the face. Because our anti-fear ability, Berserker Rage, doesn't remove death coil.

Sorry, but you just do not get it. When the match starts we the platforms rise the when LoS is open the warrior well all ways,
Charge (Juggernaut ) > MS > Skill Storm.
Charge form the start stop the lock for taking action for the first GCD of the match.
MS cut healing form the pre hots in 1/2.
Skill Storm kills both the warlock and his pet as well as stoping all peels (death coil too)
The warlock can not drop a portal which is the only way to for a lock to stop skill storm.
