Question one:
http://www.wowhead.com/?forums&topic=133209&p=1651888
Question two:
Yay. You can always turn it off on fights where there's adds everywhere and it's very useful on fights where there aren't. Just don't HL bomb your tank as he runs in, or you might be in trouble.
Question three:
Mp5 is probably better than crit. Mp5 is good regen and crit is unreliable and uncontrollable extra throughput and fairly weak regen.
Question four:
There was a discussion comparing those two glyphs on
this
page of my guide. It looked like Beacon pulled ahead slightly but I'd say it definitely wins now that LoHing yourself gives forbearance. On my new paladin I've changed Divinity to Beacon compared to my old one. I don't know what I would've told you pre-3.3, probably that it was up to you, but now Beacon is pretty clearly superior.
Edit: Sorry if this sounded fairly curt. I was in a rush when I posted it, but I'm a stickler for good language so I tend to choose no language over poor language.

Question 1: It depends on how your group is set up I believe, both are useful and I personally enjoy aura mastery on fights like The Twin Valkyr.
Question 2: Its an amazing way to keep yourself alive, however make sure the tanks know that you are going to be pulling extra threat in the beginning because if I see a boss running at a healer and not knowing why I will be very confused and wonder what is going on. (It saves a long conversation)
Question 3: Haste is a throughput stat, ie: not equal to Mp5. Mp5 and Crit are not equal anymore as a regen stat and I personally take Mp5 over Crit most of the time and I have yet to reach half mana on any fight. (Using regen cooldowns of course)
Question 4: Bacon.
I'd also like to take the time to say nice post, well worded and glad to see someone caring about their off spec so much.

Thats pretty much the reason why you should take crit.

Yeah, this kind of confused me as well.

From my experience, as a plate-wearing healer staying at max range, you get zero attention from the FCs, maybe just a debuff/CC occasionaly. As a holy paly, its pretty much safe to run to the middle of the fray and do your best. I never got focused more than once in a pull, so nothing a bubble cannot solve.
Its the low armor and also an already low health when damaged by any random AoE that draws their attention to your priest. RF is ok.
